Best Boutique hotel in Tel-Aviv Yafo ”
It is going to be our 3rd time at Margosa hotel, and for a reason. The hotel is great, the staff always helpful, rooms clean and comfortable. and in Jaffa - with great restaurants around and walking distance to the old port of Yafo and the beach.

Out of the bustle, but in on the action”
We love the location away from the city center and near the old Jaffa. The hotel has a welcoming boutique feel. The guys at the front desk insisted we don't stress about anything while we're guests. But, a great 'discovery' for us (not mentioned in our guidebooks) is the really cool Jaffa Flea Market about a 5 min walk from Margosa. It's human scale and full of eclectic, welcoming and hopping restaurants and bars. Worth an evening to walk around and stopping for nibbles and bevvies.

Excellent Hotel in Tel Aviv”
Outstanding Services provides this Hotel. The location is very good, and they offer free parking inside the hotel. Near the old town of Jaffa where all the evening action with restaurants etc. is. We come to this hotel for the last 3 years and wouldnt consider to change .

Bad housekeeping, lazy ”
We stayed here for 5 nights in March 2018. The hotel itself is lovely but there is a lot to be said about the housekeeping staff. The first day we went on a tour and did not get back until 6pm and found the door to our room was left open by the housekeeping staff, luckily nothing was missing. The housekeeping staff did not leave water or coffee and sugar and we had to ask for it. The reception advised that yes they should leave these every day. The next day they closed the door but again did not leave water or replace coffee sachets. This became a habit for them. The floor was not swept for the whole 5 days we were there and coffee rings remained on the bench and not wiped down. I was very disappointed in the housekeeping of this hotel as I felt it let the reputation of the hotel down. The housekeeping staff are either lazy or need more training. The most they did was leave towels and pull up the bed covers. I left my feedback with the hotel reception and was told thank you.

We requested for a room on the higher floor but was given a room that was on the first floor. We were woken up early in the morning at 6am by the honking noises of the buses and loud shouting among a grp of people outside. The shower area is separated fm the room by only two pieces of translucent glass. Might not be suitable if you want some privacy when you are bathing.

We recently stayed at the Margosa for a long weekend away from grey old London. The location of the hotel is great within easy walking distance of Jaffa Flea Market and Old Jaffa. We stayed in room 403 which was a good size room with a large balcony. Breakfast were amazing with so many choices. Staff were friendly and Roman organised a tour of Jerusalem for us. Will definitely stay here when we return to Tel Aviv.

Little Gem in old Jaffa”
This small hotel is a gem. Walking distance from the wharf area and the beach, near old Jaffa with it’s interesting old buildings and alleyways. A Breakfast to beat most large hotels. The staff were friendly and helpful.

THE MARGOSA HOTEL IS PERFECT FOR A VISIT TO TEL AVIV JAFFO. GREAT STAFF, GREAT BREAKFAST, VERY CLEAN, VERY CLOSE TO EVERYTHING IMPORTANT IN JAFFO, WE DEFINATELY WILL STAY HERE AGAIN !

Great Jaffa Location & Price”
We are experienced travelers who enjoy staying in non-tourist areas, particularly fond of old cities. The room was comfortable, clean, and had all the amenities necessary. The location was steps from the beach, the flea market, terrific restaurants, and the old city of Jaffa. Only two recommendations for improvement: the room was very cold and the thermostat seemed in accessible for the guests to adjust; we would have appreciated a small bureau so that we didn't have to live out of our suitcases so much. Overall it was a wonderful trip and the hotel was lovely.

So very special. 5 star in my opinion with all the personal touches. Friendly and clean. Well equipped, accommodating and very special. I am currently at a hotel three times more expensive and I will not be returning as am very disappointed indeed, it lacks all of the above in comparison to the Margosa...I can't wait to be back. My 2nd stay at the Margosa and I wish I hadn't booked this over priced box of a bedroom I am in now.....

This place is a wonderful little gem. My wife and I stayed there a total of 3 nights. The hotel is only 3 years old and was beautifully designed. Everything was done to make it user friendly. The breakfast is unsurpassed. The beds are extremely comfortable and the staff went out of its way to help us in any way. The location is perfect for exploring Old Yaffo on foot, but I loved the fact it has free parking underground in a city where parking is a nightmare. I give this hotel my highest rating.

Grest location, around 10mins walk to from Flea Market, free fruit and cafe in lobby and the breakfast is awesome.nice room(a bit small but perfect for a solo traveller like me).Would definitely stay again.
