Room and bathroom was clean. Breakfast very low quality but never-mind get some tea and go to your work. Staff very helpful. I recommend.

Hotel is really clean and the staff is friendly and very supportive. In the high floors AC is not working well. I suggest replacing this central AC with split unit which much easier for mentanice and more economy.

Room was good in size. Clean. With two sofa chairs. View was amazing to seaside. Near to marina mall like 1 min waking distance. Building looks okay. Staff friendly. Breakfast need to improve. Sheets was good smell and clean. Toilet was clean. Shower room with hot and cold. Price compare to location is really value. I recommended this hotel for family and solo.

Great location for a weekend visit”
The location is great and very central. Surrounded by cafes and restaurants and shopping centres. The apartments are clean but the cleanless in bathroom needs to be improved. During weekends you will hear the noise coming from the cafes and lounges outside.

Pros - Very good welcoming staff, - good location, - very good rooms as a studio apparatment - I would say this property is more of furnished apartments than a hotel Cons - Parking is a huge issue as there are only 5 or 6 parking lots for this property. - Breakfast is very modest in selection - No restaurant in the property - The lobby is very small (6 or 8 tables to serve 10 levels building)

Honestly, the hotel is very good in general but you need to know that 1- The lobby is so small to have you and a family for a breakfast in there. 2- The breakfast itself is very limited in selection. 3- There are only 5 parking spots for the hotel only. 4- the rooms are stuffy and the size is misleading in pictures. 5- the staff are good

The staff is so helpful. The cleanliness of the rooms is bad. The value of money is great. Building smell is bad sometimes. Overall rating, between 5 to 6 not more than that.

However, the kitchen bit needs a bit of revamping eg a microwave, new saucepans kettle and so on. To make it more modernised tea bags milk and sugar coffee need to be provided. On the whole the place was neatly tired and the services are supper as my son, review.

The place was ok, breakfast was not what i expexted never changed for the period i stayed in and there was not alot of options. There are 6 parking spaces limited to the hotel guests but a parking lot in front of the accommodation shared with nearby restaurants and cafes.

I was surprised when I saw the hotel in real time and it wasn’t what I expected to see!!!! Nothing from the pics is real. Some of the staff were rude to us and I felt like I’m staying in a motel room instead of a hotel! Need to be redecorated again and have better options for the kitchen corner. It’s cheap yes, but it’s not worth it so I wont recommend it or stay in it again never. It was my first time in Kuwait and Mariana hotel gave me the worst experience.
