Great hotel with easy access to Tokyo Metro”
Our family (parents, 8 year old and 6 year old) stayed for 5 nights in January 2020. Hotel worked well for us- modern, clean, spacious, separate toilet, large shower, kitchenette with seating for simple meals, easy access to Tokyo Metro (Hatchobori and Kayabacho stations) and convenience stores close by. Things which are missing compared to a "typical hotel" (which didn't matter to us)- view, concierge service, ability to book tours, daily room service (the only things done daily are towels being changed and rubbish being emptied), mini bar and foreign channels (eg CNN, BBC). Beds were comfortable, room temperature was easily adjustable and we love having power points and USB charge points at each bed. Reception staff are helpful and have a good level of English. Had a fabulous stay, highly recommend Mimaru Hatchobori as we will stay at a Mimaru when we visit Japan.

I have nothing but high praise for mimaru. First of all an apartment hotel concept in Tokyo is a blessing for families that are visiting plus the amazing staff that u have makes the stay extra special. All of them speak good English hence communication is no issue. Emails that I've sent ahead my stay was promptly replied. Rooms here were spacious and clean. Beds nice and comfy. WiFi signal is strong and speedy enough. We were given a complimentary phone to use during our stay which allows free calls as well has Google maps so we could move around easily. Can't think of any negatives. Hopefully mimaru maintains the standard. Thanks again to the wonderful staff for making our stay a memorable one.

We decided to book at Mimaru Tokyo Hatchobori as we needed a room to fit 4 members. The room was comfortable enough to house 4 guest - there was enough room to put our luggage and to walk around. Room was clean enough, despite not having daily housekeeping - but this was communicated when we were booking the room & also when we check-in. Staff were very friendly and helpful - they always answer our queries to the best of their abilities. Whenever we leave and enter the hotel, they always greeted us too! One thing we found really interesting was a resting corner at the lobby - they included recommendations from the staff for tourist. Unfortunately we only found it when we were checking-out. Would definitely come back!

Lovely family hotel in excellent location”
I have been to Tokyo several times, and have stayed at different places. MIMARU Tokyo Hatchobori is by far the best place I’ve stayed at. The rooms were comfortably fitted for 4 people, beds were so comfortable, my older kids loved the loft beds. The location is very central too, only a 15 minute ride to Disney Resorts. Train station was a mere 2 to 3 minute walk away. All in all, I had a 5 star stay. Would highly recommend this to families. Had a great stay!

We had checked in to the Hotel quite late, about 9:30pm. We are exhausted carrying our heavy luggage. But everything turn out good when we are being approached by the Hotel Front Desk staff with his warm and friendly smile. The hotel is near to subway. Nearby a lot of restaurant. Every staff there is very helpful. I had booked my stayed with Agoda. Eventually had problem with Agoda and had contacted Agoda few times but still not solve. At the hotel, I had approached the Front Desk staff, they are very patient listening to our problem and they tried very hard to contact with Agoda. With the Hotel staff help, my problem with Agoda is solved. Many thanks for the Hotel Front Desk staff. They are really helpful and friendly. The hotel room is big and cozy. We love the Hotel very much. Will choose to stay again for our future visit. Highly recommended Hotel!

Very comfy stay. Though the travel from Hatchibori train station to Hotel is bad as there is no lift/escalator with 3 big luggages to ground floor from exit A5. It is advisable to travel from Tokyo Station central exit to push your luggages from Tokyo station to hotel is about 15 min stroll. The room is big and bed is comfy. My family love it. will stay again for our future trip. and it is money saver if you using Japan Railway pass, using the Jr pass for my entire 3days 2 night trip(Ameyayokocho, Ueno, Shibuya, harajuku, Shinjuku and Narita airport. )Didnt spend any extra cent when using tokyo transport. The hotel is near to Takashimaya and Daimaru, great place for shopping. And there is a nice place to dine at late night - Torikizoku (is at the basement) . Hidden gem

Our second time in Tokyo and really, really glad we stayed in a Mimaru property vs a hotel. Room size is sooooo much better and was like a home away from home. Took cab rides on some days but the property was so near a train station so it was convenient to take the train too on some days of our stay. We also enjoyed eating in nearby restos (beef bowl! curry! sushi!) but we also did cooking in our hotel room (all items you would need for preparing a meal, they have it!) Front desk officers are very professional and helpful - they helped sort a minor concern, fully extending assistance, beyond what is expected. Would hopefully return to Tokyo in the near future and stay in a Mimaru property again!

Very great experience with stay in MIMARU. It’s near subway station and 24 hours convenience store. The only one thing want to say is that shampoo and body soap is not good to use. Hope will change to another brand of shampoo and body soap. Room is very comfortable. I slept very well. Staff is very nice too. Will stay here when next visit in Tokyo. Recommend!!!!

Stayed one night in Tokyo at Miramaru Hatchibori. Very new hotel so nothing is old, used or dated. Rooms are big by Japanese standards and, traveling as a family, a great plus is the separate toilet and bathroom facilities. Hotel is located about 3 minutes walk from Hatchobori subway station, so it’s a breeze to get around the city. Staff went far above and beyond helping us figure out subway routes and things to do to maximize our short time in Tokyo. They even wrote out our itinerary in Japanese so that if we got lost we could simply point to a sentence saying where we were trying to go. Have never (in any star hotel- including 5 star deluxe) met such a helpful front desk staff.

Loved this hotel. So well equipped and had a laundromat room which was perfect for us so we didn’t have to pack that many clothes for the entire travel! Location is very good as well as we were situated very closely to Hatchabori and Kayabacho stations which made travelling much more convenient. Good food and eateries are so near this hotel we were never hungry!! Only 15minutes walk to Tokyo station which is another fantastic place to eat and shop till you drop!!

My 2 girls love the double bunk beds so that they don't have to fight over who gets to sleep on top!! The room is very new and modern with some Japanese elements. Friendly front desk! Many eateries and 24/7 convenience stores (of course when you are in Japan!) just round the corner along the main street. The kitchenette with all cooking utensils, cutlery and a microwave could be a plus for those thinking of cooking a simple meal during long stay duration at the hotel.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful with the check-in and in explaining about the hotel. Location was good, walking distance from two subway/train stations and it’s quiet so you can get a good night’s sleep. There are also convenience stores, eateries and a small grocery near the hotel. I didn’t expect this. This apartment is awesome. All my family members have only praise to Mimaru. Staff were mostly friendly (except one maybe she was in bad mood.. lol) and able to converse in English easily. Everything we need is there. Location is also very accessible to subway, even nearby to some attractions. A bit pricey but worth it. First to consider in my future visit to Japan.
