Nice location where it's close to kumamoto castle and shopping street where you can find nice restaurants and shops. Airport bus is about 4 mins walk, so really convenient located. Hotel is very nice with Kumamoto bears around which I am sure will have to take pictures with. Room is clean and nice, hotel staffs were friendly and helpful. They tried to help you and answer your questions to the best they can.

I was welcomed with a warm heart, politeness and smile at reception. Staff would bow to customers there. Room is clean and tidy. Breakfast is yummy. The miso soup and dumpling いきなり団子 are outstanding. I drank the tap water in room, Kumamoto water is pure and sweet !!! Impressive!! Hotel provides eco service which is good to environment 優しいね。Definitely will come back :) thank you.

Great Hotel in a good location”
We spent 4 nights here recently and enjoyed it. Staff were helpful and friendly with reasonable english skills and the room was comfortable and of a good size (for Japan). Breakfast had a good variety of Japanese and Western foods and some local specialties to try too. Only a 200 metres from a Tram stop that takes you to the JR Station and a short walk to the main shopping/dining district too. Definitely will stay here again on our next visit.

The staff was so nice to help us to change to a bigger room for the three of us. The room was spacious and clean. The location is good where restaurants and convenience stores are within walking distance. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel. And the main bus station is also not far. Overall, we had a good experience at the hotel.

Good place to stay in Kumamoto ”
We got the place with a last minute discounted price. Was trying to book Dormy Inn Kumamoto since it has its own hot springs but it was full. Ended up is a pretty decent stay, with a famous fried pork chop restaurant within a walking distance of less than 5 minutes. Parking costs 1,100 yen for a day and you have to take the car out when you check out. So if you want to walk around the city you have to find somewhere to park. The wifi is good and hotel facilities are all up to standard.

The room is clean and equipped well. It's small but it's normal in Japan. The staff is very helpful. The parking lot in the hotel was full and the staff guided us to the parking lot nearby and taught us how to park and pay.

Staffs are nice and hotel is clean. Near to shopping center. There is parking near hotel but it always full, they will lead you to park at a place that only 10 minutes walk.

The experience was good even though I just stayed for one night. The room and hotel, in general, clean, tidy, and comfortable. The concierge provided good service with courtesy and smile. The breakfast was goo d too! Although it does not have a lot of choices, the foods are tasty. I don’t have any complaints about this stay while I just stayed for a night and they provided an exceptional service. Worth to try!

Location is good, 5 mins to city tram station and Shimotori shopping area with eatery around. Room is small, though sufficient for our stay. I especially love the shampoo and conditioner provided.

If you are driving and looking for a carpark, the hotel has a rotary lift carpark system. It is not free but it's affordable. You can leave the car and walk to the nearby shopping streets in the evening. It's a mere 10 mins walk to get there. Breakfast is a good spread with local dishes explained on a small card in front of the dishes. Rooms are kept tidy at all times with very polite and hardworking house-keeping staffs! There's also a huge Kumamon sitting on the sofa of the hotel lobby. Good for a keepsake picture!
