I’d like recommended this great hotel. Due to the typhoon Hagibis, we need to check into hotel early and the hotel gave us with warm welcome.The rooms were ready use and clean , 2 bottles of water with no charge, amenities in bathroom so satisfied. The public bath on fl.18th is awesome that make us feel comfort after get tired from long travel distance . Very appreciate and thank you all of you.

Service level was high. Public space, room are clean. Breakfast was very good, many choice. You may enjoy open-air public bath at the highest floor too. I probably will stay again.

Hôtel was so comfortable and staff were also friendly and kind. But Italian restaurant inside the hotel was not good. They provided a great lunch with excellent service for the first time visit but the next day, I was very disappointed their service, no smiles and it’s horrible. Restaurant staffs in breakfast had bad service and poor sense. Some guests have to wait to join breakfast. It was also uncomfortable. Some important information in this hotel were written in Japanese. It seems like this hotel doesn't care foreigner. No parking area.

And also, it takes about 5 minutes to go to arcades such as Ichiban-cho Shopping Street and Kokubun-cho, the largest entertainment district in Tohoku area. It is possible to walk to event venues such as the "Sendai Tanabata Festival" held in August every year and the "Sendai Pageant of Lights" held during the Christmas season.
