Awesome experience”
Rooms: My husband and I stayed for 3 nights. We initially got the ground floor room which was already good but we got upgraded to the seaview room Siti Bint Saad- one of the best rooms in the hotel! And it was amazing! Bigger than our room, with balcony overlooking the turquoise waters.. Breakfast- we love that there are always new dishes, especially the savory ones. There is also a wide selection of pastries.. It was not tiresome menu! Egg omelette station is also there.. fresh fruits, cereals... and the view from breakfast conplements the atmosphere Amenities- we liked the pool as well! Deepest end at 3meters and the area is quiet and hidden. There are ornate beds and chairs to relax in Interior- since the building has been existing since the 1800s, it is a perfect mix of old and new. We eapecially liked the wooden staircases, balconies and the doors! It is really very beautiful! Location- can’t complain.. convenient by taxi, close to restaurants historical spots!

Fabulous sea front location in Stone Town ”
My three nights at the Mizingani seafront hotel in Zanzibar were faultless. The rooms are comfortable and decorated in traditional Zanzibari style. Tippu Tip, my room, had a balcony overlooking the turquoise sea, a perfect spot to watch the coming and going of the watercraft and passers by.

Best place to stay in Stone Town ”
I loved everything about the Mizingani seafront hotel, fabulous room with sea view and balcony, so clean and well maintained, perfect location, wonderful breakfast, amazing staff. I can't say enough in praise this place.

Location is good very close to ferry terminal. Breakfast was good with sea view. One thing is the furniture is sharp and the room is small, so my cloth was torn by the nail from chair. The safety is not working and they didn’t fix it even we requested. (You can still use the safety at front desk). Worth price.

Traditional building on ocean front, close to the food market and walking distance from rest of stone town. Pillows could have been more comfortable but no complaints otherwise. Nice pool.

This hotel has alot of charm to put you back in the 1800's. The rooms ate equally exotic. The breakfast is included and very delicious. I definitely recommend this hotel for those that want to be transported back in tge Sultan days.

The hotel is very interesting, many historical and unique details. Rooms are large, well equipped, especially the lingwistone, very big balcony, ocean view. Good pool. Towels are suggested, sofas and beach beds. I like the breakfast, variety of food. The stuff is very greatful. Highly recommended.

the hotel is centrally located and in front of the beach. There are attractions close by and you can walk to shops and restaurants. the only small issue was the hotel doesn't sell alcohol as they don't have a licence

Very charming Rooms and nice Pool with clean water. The place is in front of the ocean an 5 min away from magior Restaurants. Unfortunately the Restaurant in the Hotel does not serve Beer nor Wine. But to stay the place is great value!
