ok but this time my room was sea view , and seems all the sea view rooms were booked ..so they upgrade me to suite which was very nice.. but still not see view ..but since that was like they were saying sorry .. so am giving the rate of 10

Group of 4 50-75yr old travellers, who didn't speak English. The staff was amazing and helped with everything. Room were clean. Buffet breakfast and dinner was remarkable, vast choice and lots of nice food. The most beautiful hotel in Aqaba no doubt.

Not up to 5 stars standards ”
Beautiful hotel, impressive swimming pools, confortable but noisy room (unstoppable air stream) and smelly bath room. But the service is not aligned with the rating / price : I booked and paid for a sea view, and because of surbooking I got upgraded to a bigger room with no view. Not cool. Very common buffet breakfast Not helpful staff (I got stuck with my card outside from my room, wet from the pool, and nobody could helped me). your bags are x ray each time you go in, to check you are not bringing food from outside (oh lord I had a bottle of water from my previous hike, what a deal !). I short, its a pricey club for famillies who wants to lay on the swimming pools all day long, but not a 5 star with the service you could expect

Was disappointed with the food, breakfast was not too bad but dinner felt like a cattle truck, so many people all lined up, packed in like sardines, people running everywhere, kids screaming, and the quality was not great. The room however was lovely, great shower and great bath towels but no bathrobes or slippers and when I asked for them we only got 1 set. It may be unfair but I usually hold Movenpick to a higher standard due to the brand name and the price we pay and overall was let down a little this time.

They dont mention that it is an all inclusive hotel with mass of people wirh children. Bad experiance. Very expensive, not worth the money at all.

We are known to be a family resort, but as you may know, our huge vicinity allows us to have areas even for guests who seek more peaceful and quiet experience. We highly recommend the north wing pool, the spa and use the couples area during breakfast to optimize tranquility of vacation. Our Casalingo Fine Dining restaurant is also another option for dinner. I also took a note of your comment about the prices and this too will be looked at. We hope that you will reconsider your opinion of the resort and give us another opportunity to welcome you back. Gorgeous location, could stay in the resort for days and not venture out, snorkelling and beach at your door steps, numerous pools and spas . Beauty centre & gym latest trends and equipment . Would stay again any time . Hotel staff extremely friendly and welcoming

Lovely hotel in a quiet beach Position”
The room were lovely and the gardens of the hotel stunning. The service in the hotel was a bit slow at all meals. Avis who organises all the hotel cars is completely hopeless.

Me and my family spent more than great time, the price is reasonable according to the facilities and the level of luxury. The resort is full of magnificent pools, you cant feel it's crowded even if the hotel is fully booked. There are play activities all over the hotel, you will never get bored there. I didnt like: The lobby was so hot, it is not well conditioned i hope they work on it, i felt like in a sauna while i was checking in! If you booked online, make sure you are there 1 hour before the checkin time 3pm, because it takes time to confirm your online booking, they wast 1 hour of my reservation just to confirm my online booking! I liked: The minibar content was free unlike most of the hotels, although they didnt put alot of drinks. Staff are so friendly and polite. Pools, Pools, Pools ... i can swim all the day in such pools :) The resort is very clean in general.

We were "upgraded" but our room had a view of the back of the property and didn't have a bathtub. When we asked for another room they kept us waiting for a half hour and then said no. The spa was small and doesn't even come close to the Dead Sea Movenpick.
