Good ski resort. Easy to access the hotel from Tokyo. Free shuttle bus from Yuzawa station to the hotel. Even the hotel is out dated but clean. The room size is good.

overall a satisfactory experience. we can play snow and skiing directly in front of the hotel. Nice location, view. and the restaurants also not so expensive. so we don't need go out from the hotel, everything already in this hotel.

☑️Perfect location for snowboarders (and skiers).. proximity to the slopes, awesome equipments, onsen, convenience store, restaurants and bars. The female bell captain was helpful and accommodating. I wish I had written a commendation for her. (the one onduty from March 27 to 29) ❎Most shops and restaurants are closed during the winter-spring transition. The convenience store is a lifesaver, though.

One stop solution for skier. Got everything you need from equipment to relaxation. Large variety of restaurant choices but not every restaurant is in good value. Hotel room with twin beds is a bit old but acceptable overall. I would still recommend it.

A little pricey but look for discounted nights (like weekdays or off-peak season). Awesome hotel with everything you need for a snow trip whether solo or with a group and whether you have all your snow gears or you need to rent them. A little boring at night but the little town around the hotel has many good izakayas and restaurants. I'd recommend staying there.

If you are here for ski, there’s no other hotel better than this even it’s very expensive in skiing season.... because it’s “ski in and out”, the hotel and ski court is connect which means you can get in the ski court and back to hotel anytime you like. Good for relaxing if necessary The hotel facilities are years old so it’s to the most modern, especially building #4, quiet small and not fashionable. Recommend to book ski court side so that you can view the hill and ski at room

Dated room but clean, the room air con Cannot be controlled therefore the room will be constantly heat but you can open the window if you can bear with the wind and tractor noise in the early morning

Ski in ski out hotel. Coaching and rental all available in 1 location. Slopes are nice if there are sufficient snow. But too bad when we were there, not much of a snow. Shuttle bus available to go train station but takes about 40-45 mins. Away from amenities. Get everything from hotel. Many restaurants and convenience store available but prepare to pay. Rooms and toilets are small and old fashion with limited power points. Basic quality products but I Guess is because of its Long history in that area.

the hotel/resort is designed for skiing; it's huge with many restaurants, shops, ski retnal, and convenience stores onsite. it's older hotel with small room space but well maintained overall. The 2 onsents are must-do to complete the ski trip experience. For its convenicne, we would stay again.

If you want to experience Shinkansen bullet train and snow that isn't too far from Tokyo.. this is it. All you need is JR Wide Pass to get from narita airport to here. The shuttle bus from Echigo-Yuzawa station to the hotel is every hourly. Bus ride is about 40mins. I got a triple bedded room on Wing 6. Acceptable for 2 adults and 2 kids. Clean rooms with amazing views of the ski slopes. Alot of eateries and shops thruout the hotel. A few ski rental shops top. The only halal kebab stall is located near Wing 6.
