Blissful Experience”
We cannot stress enough on how much we absolutely loved our stay here at Naumi Hotel! Initially we opted for a 1N stay at the Oasis room. Trust us when we say that each staffs at the Naumi Hotel rendered impeccable service! They are constantly all smiles and ever-ready to assist with our queries. Very prompt! Got to love the huge tub but the star of it all without a doubt had to be the bed!!!! We literally had the best sleep here and slept so soundly. We’ve stayed at several 5 star hotels of bigger chains and some of the much more known hotels can’t beat how great the bed here at Naumi really is! You won’t even feel your partner tossing and turning whilst sharing the bed. And because of the amazing bed & hospitable service rendered by all of the staffs, we decided to come back 2 days after our stay and this time we opted for a 2N stay in the Designer Room (Gabrielle). And we were blown away on how stunning this particular room was!!! Definitely ig-worthy to be spamming your phone with photos with so many picture perfect spots, especially at the gorgeous bathtub!! (And of course, yet again, the bed... Divine.) We literally have zero complaints about our stay here at Naumi Hotel thus far. But if we reaaaally needed to nitpick on something, it would’ve probably been that we had wish that there is more choices for the TV channel and a newer apple TV for the designer rooms perhaps? Other than that, this is most certainly a hotel for you to consider if you would like to do a staycay or would love to have a good night’s rest. We would like to thank all of the staffs especially Michelle, Jeffery, Aslinda (we can't remember the name of the rest of the staff, so sorry!) and of course to the lovely GM, Miss Viri Kaur. Larger boutique-style hotel in a quiet location with modern rooms and a great rooftop pool”
Naumi is located off a street in a quiet part of Singapore. The room was nice but we did not have any view at all- it looked down on an alleyway. The bed was comfortable, the wifi was strong, and the shower /bath amenities were great. The pool on the roof is awesome. Incredible views from the pool day and night. Pool is open late too. The only complaint we had is that Naumi gives a "free drink" card on check in (with a giant Singapore Sling cocktail on the front of the card). Turns out these drink coupons are only good for a wine or beer in the lobby bar and not at the pool bar, even though they just bring the drinks up from the lobby anyways. Why put a giant picture of a Singapore Sling on the card if it's not included? I get that this is a small gripe and it didn't take away from the overall stay, but they shouldn't even give these coupons out if there are so many unclear restrictions with them. We enjoyed our stay and recommend Naumi!

Fantastic boutique hotel!”
This covid season is so dull without any travel plans, decided to try out a mini staycation over at this chic and nice boutique hotel for 3D2N but we ended up there for like almost 2 weeks! Just can’t get enough of their soft and plush beddings and pillows! Makes me don’t even feel like waking up but just lay in bed the whole day! The staffs were all very nice and friendly and the rooms were well maintained and clean! The view at the rooftop infinity pool was really breathtaking. Love this place a whole bunch! Great work Naumi hotels ! Here’s a big thank you to all the staffs and the lady who even offered me a farewell gift (A deck of poker cards! Very pretty!). This hotel is definitely worth every penny!

We got it during Christmas for 3D2N and the Coco Chanel room was quaint and small but it had all we needed! (Except ice for cold water lol since their restaurant is also closed due to CoVid) the room was exquisite, bed was big and comfortable! It had a table, a gorgeous bathtub, and separate shower and toilet. It was also quiet so you can sleep happily and they had magic glass in the bathroom. Their pool also had a gorgeous view! And they only let in about 4 people at one time so it was really awesome. Also, I have to commend them for their very efficient check in and check out process!! They had timings for everyone and we had an early check in time without having to queue or wait up. Paid a hefty amount of money and it was worth it!

Quick weekend staycation”
Near everything (Suntec, Raffles City, Chjmes, Marina Bay, City Hall, National Gallery, Funan, etc) - all waking distance. Best pool view ever. We were impressed of MBS/Fullerton's pool view, but Naumi's hands down is the best. The most comfortable hotel pillows I've ever slept on. AC is quiet and cold. Room is quiet too. Breakfast is Ok, the staff gave me an extra egg & noodles for my toddler. When we checked out, they gave my toddler bath inflatables which is really nice. We will definitely come back again. The only improvement I would like to see in the future is toilet bidet.

Even though it’s a boutique hotel, the cleanliness of the place and staff’s services given really topped like the 5 stars hotel-even better. Drinks and snacks in room were complimentary-which includes the brewed coffee to be made in coffee maker! Can ask for more too! Front desk men staff were clear, precise and helpful! Allowed us for extension check-out without hassle! Will come back again!

Unexpected service ”
The biggest surprise out of the entire stay was when the front desk staff not only help us check in swiftly but also brought us to our room and showed us the facilities of the room. The room was spectacular in every way, from the view which was facing suntec and raffles Hotel to the cleanliness of the room. I like how they have thought of so many minute details to put in the room. Definitely worthwhile to spend your days in Singapore at this luxury hotel.

Hidden Gem of Singapore”
We were in two minds about whether Naumi was out of the way. Not as close to Marina Bay or Chinatown as maybe we thought we needed to be close to the action, but actually it is in the perfect location. Situated directly opposite the iconic Raffles hotel and a short walk away from Chijmes with its restaurant, cafes and bars. We also enjoyed a short walk up to a more residential area to Twenty Eight Cafe which had a great brunch offering. The infinity pool at the Naumi was definitely a highlight, being able to watch the sunset and the city lights was certainly something special. The rooms themselves were very well equiped and the interior design of the hotel is a quirky Andy Warhol inspired which keeps you captivated. All in all would highly recommend and will be definitely coming back.

Birthday week”
It was an amazing stay for me and now my fiance. The room was pristine. The front desks were very welcoming and offered us some drinks on the day we checked-in. We love how the guest relation manager brought us personally to our room and briefed us all about the amenities and room facilities. They did some extra mile service specially during my birthday which was greatly appreciated. We also like their concept of being eco-friendly and providing us some re-useable bottles for the whole stay. There was just a bit of a snag on our 2nd day as there was a water leak from the sink but the staff was very responsive and accommodated us immediately with the room transfer. All in all we had such an amazing stay in this hotel and we will definitely come back.

The staff at Naumi were extremely friendly and always ready to cater to our needs. The room was clean, very comfortable and even decorated with flower petals, knowing that we had our wedding on the night we checked in. Hotel was extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early for the wedding preparation. Thanks for the top notch service and I would definitely recommend my friends to go.

I find the hotel very ideal for couples. The location is central. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean love theie room theme. The patio allowed you to have a breather outside and enjoy some sun or rain coming in.The infinity pool had a nice view with a soothing music playing at background. Super friendly staff and great location ”
We recently stayed 5 nights at Naumi and absolutely loved our time there. The staff were so friendly, especially the lady that checked us in! She even escorted us to our room to show us how everything worked and was super friendly and helpful. We stayed in the habitat room on the 8th floor and had a nice little view of the city skyline. The room was cleverly designed and very comfortable. The rooftop pool is wonderful. Really beautiful view of the skyline and nice deck to relax on! The only downsides were that the pillows were too high and firm and the hotel gym is very, very small and split over 3 floors, not ideal but we still managed to get a few workouts in with the limited space and equipment. Other than that, we would definitely stay here again. Really central location with lots of eateries and shopping (raffles city, Fushan, Bugis mall) within walking distance. Plus late checkout at 12 and under $300 per night which is hard to find in Singapore for a decent hotel!

Had a lovely 2 night stay at this hotel with my partner. Check-in was a breeze and staff were lovely. Room was quite spacious with bathrobes & bathroom slippers provided. Comfy bed and pillows. The room we stayed in had a SMART TV and Apple TV so entertainment-wise, we were sorted. Rooftop pool was the highlight. Beautiful, especially at night. The only minor gripe we had was there was no bidet in the washroom. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay here. Would return and recommend to others.

I loved the stay because of the people - the receptionists were so friendly and helpful - they gave great recommendations and really made us feel welcome. We were a little disappointed by the in-room service - we had asked for bathroom mats cause water had spilled from the bathroom and it took three calls to housekeeping to get them to us, but that was just a little blip. The warm personalities and friendly nature of the staff made up for it. The rooftop pool was also exceptional!

Check-in The process of check-in took a bit longer than expected. We were given a designated time to check-in but when we reached the property there still a couple of people waiting to be registered and check-in. As it is a public holiday weekend, quite understandable especially travel is restricted and everyone just want to be out of their homes. We were served drinks while we wait and the lobby waiting area were comfortable so it was alright. Customer Service I would say their customer service is top-notch. Very pleasant and they treat you like a family. From the concierge to the house-keeping staff, they are all very welcoming and friendly. Room Spacious and homy. Got complimentary drinks and snacks. It has a Nespresso coffee machine and T2 tea selections. Complete with different wine glasses and various coffee/tea cups. Thick and soft towels for your comfort.

Early check-in and a late check-out was requested; and was fulfilled. (Checkout was only extended by 30 minutes) Staff by the name of Nari was courteous and patient in explaining room layout and various details. Was promised a special arrangement for the birthday celebration. (i.e Cake/card) Check-in process was seamless, but was informed that the room could be occupied by only 2 pax after 11pm and must include the registered guest. This was not mentioned previously and caused a little bit of inconvenience (birthday gatherings usually last a little longer...) Room was spotless but the space was smaller than expected. Walking areas rather small to accommodate 5-6 pax. Outdoor area adequate. Bed was very comfortable. Smart TV was not working so they upgraded us to another room after attempts to remediate. Complimentary drinks/snacks were good. They forgot the cake :( Note to management: Do provide your check-in counter staff with a chair. Overall, a pleasant stay.
