Spacious, comfortable & great location”
Great location to explore the central islands of Copenhagen. Close to Christiana FreeTown, close to stroll to great food stalls near Inderhavnsbroen bridge to cross over to Gammelholm and Nyhavn. And then to the Little Mermaid. Also close to the Christianhavn Metro and canal, for a local Danish breakfast by the canal at Packhouse. Spacious room, very matching with the price. Clean and comfortable. Could do with better firmer pillow, though. Very helpful receptionist and service staff.

River side Suit ”
My wife and I spent a week in the suit with river side views. From our room we could see Borsen, Christiansborg Palace, Frederik’s Church, Danish Architecture centre and much more. There is also a very close wine importer under Knippels Bridge who has a great selection. Safe are super helpful and accommodating. All around our stay was great the only complaint we had was the room never got cold enough for us and we had no way to open a window or controlling the room temp.

Hotel Staff is amazing & helpful, first class hotel, great location. Rooms are new and modern. Breakfast is very good - lots of choices. The hotel is new, environmentally conscious and we are so happy we chose NH Collection. They even sent a bottle 🍾🥂 of champagne and cookies with a nice note for my birthday. We will definitely be back. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

1. for the 3 nights we stayed, they have run out of toothbrush 2. room is spacious 3. bedsheet got stain marks. the wooden stirrer at the bar got mold 4. reception counter is always full n got queue. they should increase manpower for the number of guests they have

Nice location with a view and big sized room. Other than that I don’t recommend. Cleaning was very poor.. We stayed for 7 days, but the housekeeper only changed the towels and never cleaned the bathroom, so the hair was still there. Also there was hardly any change of bed sheets. The cups and wine glasses were not washed, so we washed and reused them ourselves. Moreover, I was asked to pay for the hotel every time I checked in and checked out, even though I had prepaid the hotel, and it took too long to confirm that I had paid in advance.

I found hair on 3 different towels and a gross orange stain on the fourth towel. The AC is not working even after the maintenance visit, its like an oven in there! And lastly the water in the shower was a health hazard as it was extremely burning hot in a second and extremely freezing in the other! Although i have read all of these comments before coming but i figured they would be fixed as the hotel was responding but it seems like they actually just dont care..

מלון טוב, מיקום נוח וצוות מצוין”
שהינו במלון מספר לילות במסגרת טיול בעיר. בסך הכל הכולל היה מהנה, נחמד ויותר. הצוות היה יוצא מן הכלל: המטבח, הקבלה והיעוץ לטיולים ומסעדות היו מאוד מקצועיים ואדיבים. הדבר היחיד שטעון שיפור היה המקלחת שהניקוז שלה היה איטי מאוד וחבל שלא הצליחו לתקנו.

Stor fine rom, men de burde lufte bedre etter hver gjest. Luktet promp og parfyme. Ringer på nattbordet etter gamle glass. Burde vaske bedre. Ellers alt i orden. At temperaturen kan stilles individuelt på hvert rom er et pluss.
