Experience Japanese Traditions”
A very warm and welcoming ryokan, small and cozy where staff makes you feel like one of the few special guests. Very unique and authentic Japanese kaiseki ryori, using local seasonal ingredients and lots of pickled dishes, (maybe for the acquired taste). Each dish is so unique you won’t find anywhere else. The price is worth it just for the food! The location is amazing being in the heart of the world heritage area. I stayed at ryokans that were 2 to 5x more expensive and I’ll still recommend this ryokan for its old Japanese traditional feeling (not commercialized).

Fantastic experience for value”
Great japanese ryokan experience, with meals served in room, tatami bedding and shared bath facilities. Breakfast in the common restaurant was also nice. Stay was peaceful and a memorable experience.

Food was wonderful. Just that it's really located on the top of a slope which needs to be stated in the listing. This is especially so for travellers with luggage. Other than that there's nothing to fault.

Pros: (1) Best location to explore the UNESCO Temples and Shrines, only 150m away! (2) Wonderful caring hospitality , where they lovingly prepare each dinner and breakfast service as if they were serving their own families, and prepare the futons for our Japanese style room (3) Food quality is exceptional and variety is good (4) Extensive onsen facilities with both indoor and outdoor options Cons: None!

Great location”
Traditional style rooms. Good size and very comfortable. There is a nice onsen downstairs. The best thing about this hotel is the location right on the doorstep of the historical temple area.

Good Location, Friendly Staff”
The location is good and all the staff is friendly. We stayed for 2 nights and the food is really good. 2 to 5 mins walk to all the major attractions. Bus stop right in front of the hotel. Planty of parking space.

Needs improvement ”
The hotel is close to Toshogu but far away from the railway station. We have a Japanese style room with tatami. It’s rather awful to see human hairs lying on the tatami when you were having your dinner in the room. You have to reserve a seat for a shuttle bus to the railway station. Yet the bus was really full that there was no room for your luggage. Better took a public bus without any inconvenience.

Amazing stay!”
Oneday trip from Tokyo to look around Nikko area, did not expect much about hotel only location made me to choose this. However the stay was much better than I expected, even better than one in Tokyo which is two times expensive this one! All staffs were very helpful and nice, the ambience of open-air bath area was pleasant. Moreover the room and other facilities like sauna and bathing area were clean and tidy. Love it. The most important part is coming on food. Really value for money to enjoy simple order of Kaiseki but still to taste Nikko's local favorites. Nice food!

ใกล้กับ zone Nikko heritage รร อยุ่ตรง bus stop no.81 สาย W พอดีเป๊ะ อยุ่ระหว่างศาลเจ้านิกโกโทโช ประมาณ 7 นาที และสะพานชิงเคียว 5 นาที คือถ้าไม่ได้เช่ารถ และคิดว่าจะเที่ยวแค่ Zone นี้ รร นี้จะสะดวกมากค่ะ -จองแบบอาหาร 2 มื้อไป มื้อเย็นเป็นแบบไคเซกิ พนักงานมาเสริฟถึงห้องเลย มื้อเช้าก็เป็นอาหารแบบญี่ปุ่นไปกินที่ห้องอาหาร โดยรวมอาหารดี ให้เยอะ โอเคเลย -ออนเซ็นมีทั้ง indoor outdoor -ตอนไปไม่เจอคนไทยไปพักเลย

โรงแรมใกล้ศาลเจ้าโทโชกุ(Toshogu Shrine)และวัดรินโนจิ (Rinnoji Temple) มาก สามารถเดินไปได้เลย สำหรับผู้ที่ขับรถไปสามารถจอดที่โรงแรมได้เลย แต่ห้องน้ำเล็กมาก

เป็นที่พักแบบเรียวกังที่น่ารัก พนักงานบริการดีมาก ทุกอย่างสะอาด อยู่ใกล้สถานที่ท่องเที่ยวพวกศาลเจ้าต่างๆ เดินไปแค่ 5 นาทีจากโรงแรมก็ถึงแล้ว ทำให้ประหยัดค่า World Heritage Pass ไปได้ แต่จากสถานีมาโรงแรมต้องขึ้น TAXI เท่านั้น (ประมาณ 1,000 เยนนิดๆ) เพราะเดินประมาณ 30+ นาที อาหารเย็นเสริฟให้ในห้องเลย ถ้าท่านใดไม่ทานเนื้อต้องแจ้งกับทางโรงแรมล่วงหน้า ห้องน้ำในห้องจะเล็กไปนิดเพราะคนส่วนใหญ่จะอาบน้ำที่ห้องรวมด้านล่าง ซึ่งมีทั้งออนเซนแบบปิด และออนเซนแบบเปิดโล่ง (แยกชาย/หญิง)

日光東照宮に一番近い宿というので、滞在を決めました。 翌日に参拝を予定していましたので、到着した日は、周辺を散策することができました。 朝食後に参拝したのは、正解でした。 朝の冷たくて清々しい空気を堪能できた事。 参拝する人がまだ少なく、10時のチェックアウトの時間までに参拝を済ませるできた事。 チェックアウト後、ホテルの方に滝尾神社への道を教えて頂き、運試しの鳥居で3個中2個も鳥居の穴を通り抜けたので、願いが叶うことを信じて頑張りたいと思います。 都合で来られなくなった友人を誘い是非またこのホテルに宿泊したいです。 お世話になりました。 ありがとうございました。 次回、宿泊時に願わくばオートロックのカギに変更されていますように。

日光東照宮が徒歩3分というロケーションで選びましたが、とてもよかったです！ 露天風呂もとても気持ちよく、夕飯は部屋食、朝ごはんもとてもおいしかったです。 また日光に行く時はぜひまた泊まりたいと思います。

抜群のロケーション、非常にコスパの良い施設”
東照宮まで徒歩数分のところにありロケーションは抜群。大浴場など設備やサービスも充実。夕食は食べきれないほどのボリュームの部屋食で、朝食も同じくボリューム満点、食事だけで元が取れそうなほどコスパが良く、大満足でした。

방에서 준비한 저녁식사 가격대비 좋았고 다다미방,주위경치와 위치,직원친절도 다 좋았습니다. 초등학교 고학년 학생단체가 와서 좀 시끄러웠지만 질서정연한 일본학생들이 '역시'라는 생각이. 온천탕도 학생들과 분리하여 노천탕을 배정,아침식사도 학생들은 7시에 끝내고 일반은 7시30분부터. 만족하였습니다.

離東照宮近，飯店餐食優”
住宿位置就在日光東照宮旁，開車也有位置停（免費），晚餐在房間用餐，餐點豐富也吃得飽，溫泉有室內室外，雖然室外不大，但是也很舒服，適合一家人來住宿的飯店
