I like the location where the hotel belongs. Very near the walking street, Kochi castle... the hotel very clean, our room we booked have wide single 🛌, bathroom very clean. I will choose stay in this hotel if I come back to Kochi.

nice staff, spacious twin room and comfortable beds, buffet breakfast for 720 yen, on-site parking for 900 yen, central location, second stay here and will come back again.

Excellent hotel rooms with handy phone which is useful to travellers though I didn’t use it. Room is large and comfortable. I was surprised with the mirror in the bathroom as you can clearly see your face in the mirror even having a hot bath. Staff can speak English and helpful. There is a machine providing different kinds of drink in the lobby. Very enjoyable in the hotel. Better if the towel is cleaner.

Clean n comfy room, though not spacious. Bed is comfy that i had a good sleep. good wifi. Location very convenient - nearby train and bus staion, lots of resturants, convenient stores, shopping area.

Located beside shopping street. Not a new hotel but rooms are decently sized. Overall alright for the price. Was given a smoking room when I did not indicate. Breakfast was only average but adequate if u want a light one. Parking onsite.

We just spent one night in this hotel. It is located just beside the arcade shopping steet with shops and restaurant. It is also not so far from castle, as the hotel is in the center of the city. There is also a parking just beside.

Good location, near Sunday market and sight seeing places. We booked twin bed rooms which are spacious and clean. Breakfast is just so so and limited seats.

The first thing I noticed was that the staff was really friendly - they always welcomed me, even when I got off the elevator. The hotel itself is very central among the main roads, so it was easy to walk to where I wanted to go (Kochi Castle, for example). The room was nice and cozy, and the provided nightwear was soft. I also liked how commodities were in the lobby instead of automatically provided, as it allowed me to not waste anything I normally wouldn't use. There's a convenience store attached to it, which is great because it gave me more resources without having to actually leave the building.

In the middle of city although good public transportations to other parts of places of interest. Foreigners also get 50% discounts if u get the day pass by showing the passport on the streetcars. Many restaurants and souvenir shops around so it's a nice area to be in. Staffs can speak good English and helpful. Rooms a little aged,

this hotel had you right next to everything of interest in the city, with the castle being on top of the list, of course. a short, straight walk from the station and you were already at the hotel, which was very much appreciated after a day of traveling. the staff in the reception were friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. the hotel also had a conbini in the same building, accessible by a door in the lobby. for any other kind of shopping, there was this shopping-street/ arcade just a block from the hotel, which was very convenient. the nishitetsu inn is a great choice for accommodation when visiting kochi.
