Great experience”
We stayed here for one night and had the Superior Japanese style room in the south building. Room - decent and clean. It was our first time to sleep in futton beds and surprisingly it was comfortable and we slept good. Staff - nice and helpful Food - tasty and a lot of selection to choose from (buffet style). I personally love the beef and hubby enjoyed the hamachi sashimi 😍 Onsen - a little bit far from South building but it was okay it’s manageable. - it was clean, huge and relaxing - towels are provided in the front. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Daiichi Takimotokan and it was a great experience to share with our family and friends. Would stay here again if ever we go back to Hokkaido again.

Newly Renovated in East Hall”
I stayed in a traditional tatami room in East Hall. Newly renovated room. Spacious and clean. 24hrs indoor spa which is great. There are 3 outdoor spa but I wish they are a little bit bigger. I had both breakfast and dinner buffet for two days. Food were awesome. A lot of varieties, taste super and freshly made. This resort is located right at the entrance of Hell Valley. I walked over in just 5 mins. I highly recommend this resort.

Impressive customer service and there were many facilities! Was amazed by how the people attending to me when i was checking in and out spoke really good english! Facilities were new and clean! Great for any types of travellers! Free drum performance held at the evening was spectacular and is worth the watch! A large spread of food provided! Variety of onsens available too! Would book my next stay here again!

Best resort with large number of onsen overlooking the mountain”
Very large resort with many types of onsens, swimming pool, great dining facilities and souvenir shops. Buffet breakfast and dinner were very enjoyable and large selection of food were available. Rooms were clean and spacious. Lobby area is comfortable, plenty of onsite parking and souvenir shops had many various items to purchase.

Very big hotel and clean. The service is excellent! The breakfast and dinner were included during our stay, very nice breakfast and the Japanese dinner set was good value for money. The staff also prepared kids meal for my 3 years old daughter. We love our stay in this hotel, will come back again!

Great stay and comfortable room”
The room is very big and we got one with a view of the Noboribetsu town and the hotel's main entrance. The staff was very helpful all around the hotel and understands English well. The grand baths was amazing and a highlight of our Hokkaido trip.

Very nice and cozy hotel with good variety of food”
I was planned to stay here for one night but on the first day I was amazed by the dinner, the friendliness of the staff and the room. I love the breakfast and the dinner buffet. It’s worth the money as we got to have 2 meals. The Japanese tatami room was nice considering it was my first. Overall I am quite satisfied and happy with the hotel. Great choice especially for family.

This is the biggest room i have in this hokkaido trip. I am staying at new block, the room is very comfortable and spacious. Can enjoy about 10 types of onsen inside the hotel. Nice buffet dinner and breakfast as well.

Nice onsen hotel with great location and service”
It's expensive but worth the visit. Onsen was great and not crowded (and I visited twice within a day). Room was clean and nicely decorated with everything within reach. Dinner was a 12-course set and quite an experience. Breakfast was great with lots of choices and varieties (but if you are a coffee lover....you will be disappointed with the coffee served during breakfast; so, I had to grab a 'real' coffee at nearby 7 eleven. Lastly, I must say all the staff at the hotel was very polite and friendly. All speaks and understands English, which makes it so much easy to have our queries addressed. Overall, nice stay and worth the money.

Comprehensive hotel like a resort”
We 've stayed here for two days and it's the best place we stayed at Hokkaido. You may consider the price a bit high but it's really worth the money. We stayed in Japanese Style Room and had dinner in our room every day. The dinner is prepared by amazing chef and the service is so good. Recommend this place to every one.

Fabulous stay! Above and beyond expectations.”
The entire staff did everything they could to meet not just our needs, but our every desire. For checkout, we had to leave at 6:00 am to make a flight to Tokyo. They not only accommodated us, but since it was before breakfast, they gave us breakfast in a box to take with us. We will definitely have a return visit.

This is an Onsen Resort, lots of different type of spa to choose from. The hotel fee also includes buffet breakfast and dinner. Both meals were very high quality and also contain HUGE varieties of food. The only downside for my stay was that I could not receive any WiFi in my room. Overall, a very impressive stay.

Great for Family with Young Children”
This tatami hotel is excellent with good buffet for breakfast and dinner. The indoor and outdoor onsen is awesome. The warm indoor pools with slides are really great for kids.

Would love to return someday! Accessible to the hell valley. Great onsen and service! The shuttle bus to Sapporo at a nominal fee is definitely value added service.

Good buffet spread and service”
Large indoor onsen, but I have been to better ones that cost half the price we paid for this one. Kind of saw some black algae in one of the larger pools. Baths can get really crowded in the evening. Great buffet spread for dinner and breakfast. Has a large souvenir shop and arcade the main building. Location is great - 5 minutes walk to the Hell Valley. This hotel can be accessed by public transport, but it can be cumbersome. There is also a shuttle bus service provided by the hotel, which is great, but requires prior booking. Shuttle pick up time from Noboribetsu station is at 2 pm and return journey from the Hotel at 10 am, and that the journey each way takes 2 hours. Driving there would be the better choice if you want to get there before nightfall during the colder seasons. We stayed in the Japanese-style room. It was very clean and nicely decorated. Futon bed was also very comfortable. Our room was in the Main building,facing the mountains and also the car park.

Very relaxing and nice hotel with nice food ”
I love this hotel because the room is clean and quite big even though I tried tatami room style but me and my kids love it. We enjoy the hot spring facility there and especially the seafood buffet with lots of varieties. Value for money and it very cozy. We had a great time there and will come back again.

Good stay, good hot spring”
Location is good, very near to hell valley and bear park. The hot spring in the hotel is very elaborate - many different types for various benefits - that’s what this hotel is famous for. Food is good, many choices at breakfast and dinner in the room is of very large portion. Breakfast can be quite crowded as there are many locals staying in this hotel to enjoy hot spring. There is a street outside the hotel where you can find many restaurants and souvenir shops. The only downside is that it’s quite pricy.

We enjoyed to wear the Yukata and walking around the hotel, also the public bath was great, there's also a swimming pool. The kids never got bored in the hotel, we loved the stay!
