Friday and Saturday can be packed and noisy with visitors from over the causeway but Sunday onwards much more relaxed

Should have a rating for service as that is where this Hotel seriously lacks. No porter on arrival so had to carry my own bags upstairs to reception - luckily it was not an issue but not good for older persons. Porter was called and carried bags to my room. No welcome desk for Accor Advantage Plus member or welcome drink. Although giving credit card for check-in I went for breakfast the following morning and was told "sorry but you can't charge to your room as you didn't give credit card upon check in". Another trip back to reception to get it opened so I could charge to the room. Most Hotels mention this on check in and do straight away. Check out slow - 1 person only doing check out at 9am is crazy, fortunately 2 others arrived whilst I was checking out. Food OK, not bad but not great. Would I return, probably but I will be a bit wiser next time and know what to expect.

We didn’t get enough rest, breakfast was delivered at 6:30am instead of 9:00am as per our conversation with the staff, the breakfast served is not good at all, We’re quite disappointed. The room is not that clean. But the service is quite good.

They gave us the room 4.5 hours after it was supposed to be ready, they compensated with a late check out. There is a lack of cleanliness in the whole hotel and the only good thing was the fish bone restaurant.

Sorry to say that this property discriminate between vaccinated and unvaccinated guests, unlike other hotels: they don’t. We also had to come back for check in as the receptionist was not knowledgeable enough to find the booking confirmation number. I like the room. It is big and nice. The location is moderate. I don’t recommend this hotel for the reasons I mentioned above.

I am surprised by the hospitality and arrogant behaviour. Starting from cleaning the room to moving a table in the breakfast restaurant, the first answer you will get is NO. We had 2 rooms and the service for the second room was pathetic. There were no toiliteries provided, no towels and if you call the room service they will give an excuse of the fully booked hotel. I hope they make it better and train staff to be less annoyed at people
