Great location, walking distance to a variety of food outlets and Westfield Parramatta. Parking rate was reasonable. Room prices were below what we would expect to pay. Will stay there again.

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times . The staff were wonderful. The cafe there is an absolute bonus . It was unfortunate that there was road work Re: tram work been done outside at around 2 am . It was very difficult to sleep . I told the desk staff . They were very understanding and empathetic . It’s just one of those things . I would definitely stay there again , but will make a point of asking to be put in a room at the back of the hotel and not on church street

A Little Weary”
Great location but hotel is starting to get a bit weary, needs a freshen up. Corridors were a little dank, room was ok, more than adequate. Breakfast was fine, good choices. Parking was $20.00 per night, great for a Sydney hotel. Overall, for the money your pay, its a great hotel.

Novotel had a great sale on which worked well for us, we only paid about 40% of the usual price. I probably wouldn't pay full price for the room as while clean and nice, it was a bit tired. Just beds and bathroom. Staff were generally friendly and helpful. Not enough on the check in desk at peak times. Also had trouble getting a spot in the elevators at certain times which made for quite a wait. Location is good. Can't comment on the food as we didn't eat there.

good hotel quite clean however is hard to get to with the road works and entering the parking lot is a killer good breakfast and good bar unfortunately there is no cable tv

Decent property, reasonably priced with clean and comfortable rooms. Amazingly helpful staff makeup for all the shortfalls in all the other departments. Close to many eateries, supermarket and Bottle shop. A 10 min walk from the train station

Overall an excellent experience, spacious room (but odd shapes as the hotel is triangular!), pleasant staff and a decent bar/resteurant - if somewhat cramped. Underground parking (at $20 per night) is extremely convenient, as parking in Paramatta is is very short supply.
