Centralt beläget, lämpligt för affärsresande ”
Hotellet är stort vilket gör det lite opersonligt och känns massproducerat. Väldigt rent, tyst och lugnt däremot. Passar bäst för affärsresande eftersom man som turist snarare bor närmre gamla stan där många bra restauranger finns. Dock är det fortfarande gångavstånd så det är inget problem egentligen. För priset skulle man dock velat få en mer personlig/äkta upplevelse.

Would Stay Again”
I was very happy and more than comfortable at the Novotel, Vilnius. The staff were very friendly and more than helpful. They all looked very happy and this made the stay very pleasant. I would stay there again.

Can not go wrong with Novotel”
As I have stayed in many Novotel hotels, this is one of them. Everything went well. Like the breakfast. Only problem is with the parking, but that has nothing to do with the hotel.

Great location near Old Town”
This hotel was fantastically-located on the entrance to the Old Town. Also, the bus stop for the 88 bus from the airport is literally metres away! Our room had a stunning view of the cathedral and castle. Breakfast was decent, although some local specialities would have been appreciated. Sound proofing also good. The only downside was the extreme heat in our room...the aircon wasn't particularly effective and although there was a window that opened, we had to ask reception for a handle to open it!

Overall I enjoyed the stay My only minor issue is for staff to smile, I don’t know if it’s cultural but it seems like they are unfriendly. I’m sure they are nice

Good choice for a night or 2”
It started with a shock when we arrived quite late (around 10pm) and extremaly tired after a long journey and the lady at the reception told us that she was sorry but she had no room for us (despite the e-mail with reservation confirmation I'd received)! Then she said that there might be something if we white for 1 hour, adding that it should be easier to look for another hotel! At that time and with the marathon going on in the city! We finally received a room but it was very stressful and tiring!

Staff not willing to help”
The room was clean, but there was a lot of dust. The staff refused a request to bring an extra blanket or bedding for my child. As a result, the child had to sleep with us under the same blanket. On the plus side, the hotel has a convenient location and a view from the window.

Perfect ”
All features which you expect from several type of hotels are can be found in this hotel. On other hand, the location is perfect. On little lack can be mentioned is that temperature of rooms not hot as it should be for such cold countries.

My absolute favorite in Vilnius ”
Unbeatable location, first class hotel which doesn't fail anywhere. I like the free gym with sauna, spacious rooms and breakfast choices (good coffee!) Unfortunately no hotel own parking (or a deal with neighbour's parking)

Great location and friendly staff”
Centrally located with clean, modern rooms. Staff were great, especially at breakfast. Where in some hotels things start being cleared away before the stated serving time has ended, here we were told that the restaurant was closing soon and to help ourselves to anything further we wanted. Great range at breakfast, good wi-fi connection and comfortable sofas in the bar. Very happy to recommend.

Great hotel in a great location. — Close to all the tourist destinations and restaurants. The room was clean and had all of the amenities. The breakfast was outstanding. Will definitely stay here again if I’m ever in the area.

Staff was not friendly...”
It's a high quality hotel, I would say the facilities, hotel room and the breakfast buffet was really nice! But one thing can be improved is the staff attitude, cuz while I was checking-in at the reception, I think the staff is a bit unfriendly...and ignored my words...( I could feel the attitude difference when he talked to another customer (white guy...)next to me...)
