Best location and value for money”
Very easy to find, 5 minutes walks from JR Nishi-nippori station, Subway Chiyoda line and Keihintohuko line, so it very convenient to go around. Many food and convenient store around hotel, so easy to find food even late night. Check-in & out is fast. The room is big and very clean. Got all the facilities & amenities available. The bed is big and pillow are comfortable. The reception also very helpful, they speak Japanese, English and Mandarin, especial the young man, he give us good advise. The only cons Is It next to train track. It’s stop around 12.30am, but we back to hotel around 11.30-12 by the time we ready to sleep, the train already stop. The sound isn’t that loud. It sound like rain for 30 seconds. So it was not a big problem for us. Our room 601 is the nearest to the track, you can ask hotel to book the room furthest from the lift. Overall we’re very happy and will stay here again next time.

The hotel was excellent and value for money. The room is spacious and comfortable in comparison to many other hotels in Tokyo. Although the hotel is a bit far from city, it is very near to metro subway and JR station which enable us to travel around the city easily. There is also a lot of restaurant nearby. There is also a 7-11 and McD around the corner which make it more convenient. However, as the hotel is near to subway station, it can be a little noisy due to the train sound, but still bearable. Great hotel and I will definitely recommended to others.

We stayed here for 2 nights and the staff were very hospitable. Our room was large enough that we could do cartwheels, it was clean and the bed was very comfortable. If you want to look for convenience stores, you have to walk just a little bit, there are available restaurants nearby. Microwave is available also in their public area and you can do your laundry there too.

Greatest Hotel I've ever stay in Japan!”
Very cheap price hotel in Tokyo. The staff are very kind. I've left money in garbage bin and they found it and returned it to me. When I checked out, they gave me some delicious chocolate candies as present. Sure I will stay in this hotel for my next trip. A little suggestion from me, please add a LINE account for communication between hotel and guests. Because most of guests use data card, and cannot be reach by phone if something urgent happens. The room was very spacious and clean, beds incredibly soft, bathroom filled with amenities, and the location leaves you pretty close to the train station as well as restaurants and convenience stores. We were stuck due to a typhoon one night, and the staff were friendly enough to ensure we had free water bottles while waiting for it to pass over. Heartily recommend!

Loved every minute of our stay in this hotel! Staff are friendly & accomodating. The whole hotel is very clean, rooms are nice, pillows are soft. The location is very accessible to train stations, the skyliner, restaurants, 7-11s. Will definitely stay here again next time I visit Japan. 👍🏻👍🏻

If you just looking for nice n clean place to stay, plus affordable n very very near from train station, this hotel is suitable for you. Just walk less than 2 minutes to Nishi Nippori station. This station is in the same line with Tokyo Station, so you don’t have to transfer.

Very accessible area for Food and Transportation”
Very near to Skyliner station which is in Nippori, one station difference only. Subway stations are also very near on the area as well as trains especially JR trains. Luckily our room from Twin was upgraded to Family which is way better. The staffs are very polite and respectful.

Near to JR Nishi-Nippori & Subway Nishi-Nippori”
Is a proper hotel stay, everything is provided like TV, shampoo, blower, refrigerator. The unit i get is big. the downside of this hotel is you will heard noisy train crossby during their operating hours. The station is just beside the hotel. If you can sleep without getting annoyed by that, everything is nice.

Very convenient for me as very near to the JR and subway station about 2-3 minutes. Convenient store also just 2-3 minutes away. Room space fair with the price. Front desk also polite and helpful. Nothing to complain here. Definitely will book here again next time when in Tokyo.

Rooms are spacious compare to typical Japan hotel. Staff are friendly and always smiling. Location is near Nishi-nippori JR train station (3 minutes walk) ideal if you have JR pass. Will definitely book again in this hotel next time.

Two minutes walk from the train station nishi nippori. Plenty of shops, restaurants and cafes at the door steps (yoshinoya, mcd, 7-11 etc). Very friendly receptionist spoke good English. Overall it is worth the money

Few Steps from the Station”
few steps from jr & chiyoda nishi-nippori station. walking distance from nippori station if u will take keisei sky liner from narita. room is good enough for 2, enough space to open big luggages.. beds are big also.. we’re lucky to booked it during promotion.. staff are super helpful & friendly. there’s a mcdonalds, yoshinoya and 7-eleven upon stepping out of the station. the place is quite, we’re able to take a good rest after every tiring day outside.. no drinking water though and amenities are very limited.. will definitely book this hotel if ever i return to tokyo. already recommended the place to my friends who are planning to visit the city.

Comfortable stay and close to JR Yamanote line. ”
The hotel is situated 200 metres from JR Yamanote line Nishi-Nippori, 20 minutes from Tokyo station. McDonald's and 7-11 store is close by. We got a room on the 4th floor. Room 402 had a balcony with outdoor seating, however the front view is blocked by two tall buildings. Also, the constant noise of passing by trains is a problem. The room was non smoking. Towels and matcha tea was provided. An empty mini fridge. No water bottles. The toilet is really small but really clean with two tooth brushes, tooth paste, drier, shampoo, conditioner and hand and body soap wash. Make sure you bring 2 pin plugs, otherwise ask at the reception. Keep in mind if you are checking in early before the hotel 3 pm standard check-in, then ensure to email the staff otherwise the y won't let you check-in. We checked in at 10AM. The staff was courteous and took in our luggage in their safe and gave us a token and requested us to check-in at 3 PM. Housekeeping is at 3 pm. There are a few pubs, ramen, sushi bars nearby. Overall, the neighborhood is nice and quiet.

Just a few short minutes away, and you are right at the JR station. Lower floors may be able to hear trains, but the trains shut down at night, so not a problem.
