Jag reste med en äldre som var tvungen att använda rullstol till 95 % av tiden. Rummet vi hade var ett handikappanpassat rum. För oss fungerade det mycket bra. Rummet hade mer utrymme och toaletten var stor.

Vistelsen var utmärkt! Check in gick smidigt och snabbt.Väldigt trevlig och behjälplig personal.Rummet var stort med separat sovrum och vardagsrum.Stortbadrum med badkar. Fruckost buffen var mycket bra!! Nära till shopping och sevärdigheter.Nära till hamnen.Utcheckningen gick som incheckningen snabbt och smärtfritt.

Clean Hotel, Walkable Location”
We stayed at this hotel for 1 night and found it clean and well maintained. The Staff was good and helpful. We took a balcony room, which was not so great as the hotel is sandwiched between 2 buildings so the balcony was at the backside of the hotel, with no great views. The room was spacious and a complementary muffin tray was provided at the arrival. We arrived in Tallinn through Ferry and took a bus to reach this hotel. It was a 5 min walk to the hotel from the bus stop. Its a 15 min walk to the old city center. The hotel is located on a busy road, so you will find eating place and very cheap liquor shop near to the hotel. All in all a good stay with no issues. Just a feedback to Hotel Management - Please keep more dishes for Vegetarians in your breakfast menu. We were vegetarians and has just bread-toast to eat in the breakfast. Everything else was either non veg or not known to us.

Its my second time staying here. My first time was in 2017. I had to reshuffle some travel plans at short notice and ended up in Tallinn. I chose to stay here again, and I have to say that the second time round was better than the first time, which was already good. Privacy, great amenities, efficient and helpful staff. I plan to make this my base whenever I come through Tallinn.

Great reception desk (deep red color)with friendly and professional staff. Calm,clean and comfortable non smoking room for family members. Excellent and nice breakfast to begin the day with. Centrally located Hotel with access to main and major tourist attractions Viru gate, Kadriorg Palace and Passenger Terminal for Baltic sea connectivity. Traveling with rental car”
The hotel is a great hotel if you don’t have a car. If you have a car you will have to pay parking charges even to pull up to the hotel to unload your suitcases. You then have to find a parking lot to park your car in or park out front for 17 euro per night. We parked in a park are down the block and around the corner for 6 euro per day.

Basic hotel in an excellent location ”
Our room looked totally different than in the websites pictures, but I know that´ s the so usual. What we got, was a very small and bad (metallic?)smelling room on 4th floor, and the bathroom was actually bigger than the room. The bed was small and uncomfortable and the furniture poor. We got to change our room, and thank you for the nice receptionist for that. In a superior room, the bed was bigger and better, bathroom smaller (which is minus) and there was a small balcony facing nearby buildings. Hotel offers no city views, what so ever, so it didn't matter. The breakfast was poor, no fresh fruits, nothing (besides cold salad and tomatoes) for vegetarians. I got 2 slices of gluten free bread while asked... Ten points to the very young hotel staff, who tried to smile and be polite and really tried their best. Wouldn't go again, cause it´s over priced and there are better hotels available for the same price.

This is a bit worn out business hotel, when I stayed there prices were comparable to Scandinavia. Services however represent different quality and employees are not quite ready to serve foreign guests. Maybe the standard of this hotel represent suitable alternative for travellers who do not mind to pay the high Nordic prices and get the poor Post-USSR service quality.

This is the worst Park Inn Hotel I have ever seen! Avoid!”
I have stayed in Park Inn hotels around the world, but this is clearly the worst of them. The room is tiny, bathroom is tinier, cleaning standards are low, they want to charge for everything. Staff is unhelpful. Avoid this hotel!

Close to ferry pier, WiFi, supermarkets”
The hotel is about 10 to 15 minutes to the old town, about 5-10 minutes to the pier. WiFi was also stable. There are more than 3 malls nearby, which you can buy something local from the supermarket. It would make me feel more welcomed if red hair staff at the receiption can show a little smile.

Very friendly yet professional receptionist. 10 min walk from the pier and we managed to find the way arriving 11pm on a -10 degrees night. There is a shortcut, which can be accessed through walking across the carpark, instead of following google map route.

The toilet floor was broken”
The toilet floor within the showering area was broken. Although they changed the room for us on the next day, it was very dangerous. We could hurt our foot badly as we didn't noticed while taking shower.
