Fint rum ! Varmt och skönt i rummet , trots att det var december. Inte en självklarhet enligt min tidigare erfarenhet. Bra städning ! Bra frukost med påfyllning av nygjort hela tiden på den varma maten. God sortering på både frukostbröd , och söta saker efter. Gillar att man behöver nyckelkort för att åka hiss. Så ingen obehörig kan ta sig upp. Trevlig personal i baren , dock lite dyrt där . Men trots de dyrare priserna i baren ,jämfört med de flesta restauranger , så är det ändå billigare än Sverige. Finns inget att klaga på. Väldigt nöjda med detta hotel , som dessutom har gångavstånd till stan.

A very Good Service”
Only thing that I could say negative is the hotel having small rooms. Other than that everything was amazing. The breakfast was really good. Location was close to tram. Also they gave us a surprise for birthday which made us really happy. Thanks Park Inn Prague for the great stay.

It’s ok ”
Just ok for this place - it’s clean enough, comfortable enough. Gym was disappointing- I didn’t have breakfast due to the reviews. Staff were ok. Just nothing special from the usual middle of the road business hotel. The place could do with a make over corridors were depressing and the rooms were a bit tired but clean enough and it did the job but I was expecting a bit more for the price.

A short distance away from the centre of Prague. A beautiful hotel that was spotlessly clean with friendly, welcoming staff. The breakfast is amazing. Couldn't have wished for a better hotel. 5 stars from me

My only complaint is there was not much hot water in our room. We had to run it for several minutes to get it hot enough to take a lukewarm shower. We were there for 8 nights. Other than that, everything was super

Excellent renovated hotel”
Excellent newly renovated and modernized hotel ! I loved the breakfast buffet rich and lots of varieties ... Staff so friendly and helpful ! Super clean super hotel ! I will come back again . It's a bit outside the main square but if you like to walk it's really enjoyable ! It's kind of 30min walking to reach St Charles bridge .

Nice smelling hotel”
The hotel building has a lot of history; they have remodeled it into what it is now. They keep the space, including the rooms smelling nice, not sure how they do it. It is close to the old town, but far enough from the crowds. A number of nice restaurants and cafes in the area. The staff were all very accommodating. Breakfast buffet is good.

Overall, the hotel was good, with larger than typical European rooms, nice bathroom, good shower, comfortable bed, excellent lighting, and good breakfast. What really sets the Hermitage apart, however, is the great staff. The front desk staff, Susana in particular, were very helpful in guiding us to public transportation, restaurants, and arranging transport to the train station.

Bed sheet is in good quality. Room is nice and clean. No bath tub but toilet is good. There are 2 options to parking your car: outside on the street (17 euro per day) and inside hotel garage (25 euro per day). We need to check in to get room key card to be able to open garage.

Fuss free place to stay”
Hermitag hotel is what it promises to be. A fuss free place to stay. The staff are excellent and helpful. The rooms clean and functional. The locality though not the best is no problem because of the easy access to public transport. Even walking along the Danube is a joy. (20-30 Mins brisk walk to the city centre or Castle.)

Extraordinary breakfast, wonderful staff, well-connected and great beds. Perhaps some additional English tv channels and better pillows would make it 5 stars.

Ja nicht das 5 Stockwerk nehmen. Die Zimmer sind genau unter dem Fitnessstudio. Man hört jeden Quatsch. Von Hanteln bis zu den Hanteln, die plötzlich trainieren.
