Absolutely fantastic! One of the best hotels i have stayed in Karachi”
I stayed at the Pearl Continental hotel Karachi for 2 nights and had a fantastic stay. Najma at the check in desk was very polite and helpful. She upgraded us to the executive pearl king room on the executive floor( Room# 718) The room was big and clean and exceeded my expectations. There was a bathtub and the bathroom was nice, clean and newly renovated. They also have a kids play area just opposite the check in area and you get 1 hour complimentary per day. The only thing that disappointed me was the lady in the play area refused to wear the mask even after being told to several time. She would just put it above her nose for 2 m and then again it went below her chin. The people at the check in desk should report the same to the management and follow the SOP. I wonder if my son got a flu after playing in the play area. I am not sure but please make sure you ask the lady yo follow SOP’s when you send your child. I was very happy to see a small shop selling snacks, drinks and daily essential items as well as medicines. The price is very reasonable and this is a bonus as you get almost everything you need. Rest all was perfect and I am looking forward to stay at the PC hotel again.

Un-doubtedly, Pearl Continental hotel Karachi is still leading the hotel industry in this city / country with its superb services and showing extra care to their guests through its very competent, efficient, courteous and professional staff - right from the shuttle bus driver to the gate-men OR from front desk staff, Concierge staff to every house keeping staff - We would probably say that each and everyone of them is a proven precious asset for the PC hotel-Karachi. We had a wonderful and memorable stay here in PC-Karachi, which will certainly last in our mind till our next visit to this wonderful city and the hotel- The memory of our short stay in PC -Karachi can not be forgotten easily and it has far lasting imprints in our mind - and this is only because of the warm and courteous hospitality by PC -Karachi which was far beyond our imagination and it is in-fact convincing us to make yet another trip but with much longer stay.

This hotel offered an incredible service from room service to locally available staff. Great location and the food was fantastic. I throughly enjoyed both breakfast and evening entertainment with my dinner. The hotel upgraded my room from a non-window to a window overlooking the landscape as a complimentary gesture. I loved the whole experience from booking in to checking out. A great experience and one to be reckoned with.This hotel is not to be missed as it offers great customer service and total peace of mind with perimeter security. Make this your next stay of excellence.

One of the best hotels in Karachi”
We stayed at the PC hotel for 2 nights for my son’s birthday. The lady at the reception, Najma was extremely helpful and very informativ, and guided us and helped us throughout our stay. The rest of the staff were also very nice and made us feel at home. We were allowed a early checkin at 1 pm even though the occupancy was very high and the Pakistan cricket team were also staying at the hotel. Najma upgraded us to the Executive pearl king room for free. The rooms are newly renovated and everything was just perfect! I will highly recommend this hotel.

The Best Hotel in Town”
Been there third time in a year. Last time i stayed there was in December 2018. Hotel staff is very friendly and caring, breakfast is amazing, simply loved the aloo qeema and fruit salad. I requested the early check in and was given room early. I'd love to be there everytime i'm in Khi.

I Dr Rehan Quraishi visited from Birmingham UK to see friends and family. My Staying at PC Karachi was excellent and staff was very professional, friendly and they knew their job, I really appreciated their efforts to make staying as comfortable as possible, I would like to thanks few names, Razia, Sehrish, Prakash, Hafeez , a gentlemen on poolside sorry I forgot your name and all the staff At Marco-polo. I would have rated PC 10/10 but I will rate them 9/10. Only because they didn’t give me the room that I ordered from Agoda. I ordered a room with single master bed, instead they gave me a room which had two single beds. Still, an amazing experience. Would definitely recommend travelers to stay in this hotel.
