Perfect everything ”
Really great apartment, great views, beautiful place. The location was perfect close to everything and everything is in walking distance. The staff were great very friendly, they held our bags until our room was ready and then held them again until flight that night. The room was really clean and the cleaners did exactly what was described (change towels, sweep and empty our bins). Check in and check out was rally easy. No complaints at all. Really enjoyed my stay here 100% recommended!

We liked the two bedroom unit. Unit was very comfortable for 4 and clean. Glad it was air conditioned as we had very warm nights but the aircon was only in living area. Kitchen was equipped for our short stay and washing machine is a plus. There wasn’t a dryer but they had a drying rack. We had no problems communicating with management for expected time of arrrival and key pick up. Cleaners helped replenished the necessities and cleared rubbish daily which was helpful. Happy to have stayed here. Location is awesome!

Pros - Beautiful / clean apartment, good location as it is near to shops / trams / Melbourne Central Station / restaurants and supermarket, the Staff at Level 3 is helpful in allowing us to keep our luggage after check out, washing machine. Cons - Pots and pans need change due to wear and tear, there is no dryer for clothing after washing and no place to dry your clothing. Overall, our 1 night stay was good and satisfactory. We would definitely booked this apartment if we visit Melbourne again.

Wow the views from our two bedroom apartment were amazing. The apartment had everything you could ask for. The location was excellent and felt safe for two women. The beds were comfy. The place was clean. Made me want to buy one. Check in was simple. Friends have already commented on my amazing pics of the view from the bed. Would definitely stay again. Great price.

Near to FREE TRAM station and University Melbourne. Very good environment, the property was clean and tidy. 7-11 just walking around 2-3mins from lobby. Downstairs got restaurant japanese and chinese steamboat. QVM just the next stop of FREE TRAM. Highly recommend to friends and family. I will come again next trip.

I have to say this is my idea of a one-bedroom. Fully illuminated Windows make the room particularly bright and the view on the 38th floor of the living room is enough to feel the bustling charm of the city. The interior is simple but hierarchical. A small one-bedroom is just perfect for me. I'm a super perfectionist. If there's one fly in the ointment, the architect should have added thick double-sided glass to block out the noise.

The location is very close to Melbourne Central. The apartment is new, clean and with all kitchen equipments. They also helped me to book a parking lots which is only 100m away. Absolutely will stay again in my next visit!

We were on Level 39 and had great city views and also views of queen victorian market. The place is on the same street as Melbourne Central (only 1 - 2minute walk). From Melbourne central you can also cut into Emporium Centre where there are even more restaurants and large shopping chain. There is cooking facilities, microwave and washing machine. A few kid's hand prints on the closet mirror but other than that the whole apartment is very clean. Note, this building is not called Platinum City Service. It's actually called La Trobe Tower and does not have large visible signage outside apart from the number 327. Overall, we had a very comfortable and safe stay.

Stayed here in early March for a short holiday. Overall we were very pleased with the location, amenities, cleanliness and service. Everything was top notch especially at its price. Room is decently sized, maybe a little smaller than comparable properties for the 1 bedroom option, but kitchen & bathroom was well-appointed, bedding was comfortable and the free wifi was fast and simple to use. Moreover, staff was very helpful even at multiple requests. Very satisfied overall! PS: Please note that the lack of dryer may be a concern for some travellers, but it was perfectly fine for our week's stay.

The view was to die for! The apartment was lovely, check in was hassle free. It's the little touched I loved like an espresso machine in the room. Quiet location just be respectful of other people in the other apartments and you won't have an issue. Bed was extremely comfy and they accommodated a late check out.

Location is good as there is alot eateries and convenience store nearby till midnight. Victoria market is interesting and just 15 mins walk from this apartment. If you would like to buy raw ingredients from Victoria market and cook in apartment, this location is ideal.

Everything was fast and easy from checking in to asking for additional amenities for the next few days of stays. The only sad thing was there is no dryer and we have to hang out wet clothes near the window. But overall quality of stay was awesome.
