Room was not cleaned when we arrived. The hotel didn’t even TOUCH the room after the previous guests left, I had to call them to get someone to clean the room lol.

Platinium was wonderful. There was much comfort after 2 other hotels and 10 nights in Ger camps. Lots of amenities, space in my room,, good breakfast, cappucino (by special request ) served to my table, plenty of charging stations, hot plate in room, many hangers and storage space, big soft towels, etc. Also, the hotel was just around the corner from Peace Avenue- the major road through the center of town. Oh, and good WIFI !!! The staff were also very accommodating and friendly. I found it a very good value for the money !!

Location, Housekeeping”
The location is good. But the housekeeping was not up to standard. I was given a cleaned and ready room without toilet paper, toiletries, mineral water and tissue paper. When I asked for it from the housekeeping lady, she commented that I had to ask for these via the receptionist.

Clean hotel with comfortable bed. Toiletries provided. Hot/Cold water shower with good pressure. Wifi signal is good in room and lobby. The breakfast area has limited seats and breakfast variety also limited.

Value for money and relax stay ”
I booked this hotel through Agoda for its good review and value for money. Overall I had a peaceful and relax one night stay. It's value for money and good location within 10 mins walking distance to Chinggis Khaan Square where most of the shops and restaurants are located. There's no price indicated for the items in the minibar. The hotel management may want to improve its services by listing down the price of the items in the mini bar. A bottle of mineral water cost me USD1.38 which is rather expensive considering that most other hotels will give it as a complimentary. The receptionist was helpful in helping me to book a taxi to the airport with her limited English. The trip from the hotel to airport took about 25 minutes.

Unfirtunately I became ill during my overnight stay, the reception Binderya was wonderful, and a doctor was called and she was very supportive. The late check out was also appreciated. Unfortunately the hotel then wanted to charge us more than the Agoda price that we had booked with, the also wanted to excessively charge for a plastic bin that had been damaged when I passed out. This made the check out unpleasant. Hotel location and condition very good staff pleasant and helpful, but beware of the charges they make

突然のハプニングにも スタッフは親切に対応してくれました。 ホテルの場所は街中で移動には良かったですが ホテルの周りは何も無く 不便でした。 また モンゴルに行った際は 泊まりたい と思います。
