Room was a bit cramp for 2 guests. We took the room without breakfast. Breakfast can be added at the hotel for 1100 yen per guest. Hotel is at walking distance from shinjuku station or Higashi shinjuku station. Plenty of foods n night life entertainment nearby. Main entrance is lock from 10pm -6am. Only hotel guest with key card is permissible to enter. Security is not an issue. Room is clean n bed is comfy.

Was originally given a smoking room where we stated during the booking that we did not work a smoking room. when you entered the smoking room felt like i was about to die. Ask staff to change rooms which they did and was much more pleasant. Location is pretty good. The area has alot to see. About 10 mins to walk to the metro station. the area is quiet which is a plus.

The room ws spacious with 3 single beds for the 3 of us, and very clean with a good shower. The location is minutes walk away from all the fun of Shinjuku although be aware it's right on the edge of the seedy district but it felt safe and this didn't bother us (other nearby 'hotels' offering escort services).

Whenever I visit Tokyo, I (nearly) always book this hotel because of kind staff, convenient location (It takes about 8 minutes from Shin-okubo station) with reasonable price. There is a family mart(CVS) near the hotel where you can buy some simple groceries. Please kindly note that when it is over 10pm, the main door to the front gets to be locked so you need to open the door by using your room's card key. I'd definetely book this hotel again in near future when visiting Tokyo. :-)

Hotel is walking distance from Shinjuku station and a lot of food, shops, activities around hotel. Hotel room is small but enough to stay. Very clean and good service.

The hotel is near the east exit for JR shinjuku station with 2 blocks walk from there and a lot of rest. along it's way.

Great location and value for money”
I looked everywhere in Shinjuku for a room that was value for money and Premiere Cabin was affordable! However the rooms are very small, note the word “cabin” in the hotel name! We stayed for 6 nights and must admit it’s way too cramped for a couple to live in that space the entire time. There is no space to unpack clothes so we had to live out of our suitcases. Luckily there is room underneath the bed to store 1 luggage otherwise we would have literally had no space to walk in the room. The bathroom was clean and space for 1 to get ready. We ended up avoiding time in the room, which is not a bad thing! I would definitely recommend it for a short stay, given the price and location it’s worth it!

Small but very tidy and nit room with all that you need. Perfect location in shinjuku. Wifi was very slow but you can just ask at the reception and they will give you a router to enjoy super fast wifi.

Great Location and Staff”
Located at a lovely location, the subway stations, Kabukicho, Shinjuku, Golden Gai etc are all within 5 minutes walk distance from the hotel. Staff are helpful, friendly and able to converse in English. Only minor downside is that we were unable to control the air condition in our room as the hotel said it is centralised and will be adjusted accordingly. Would be a great option if we were to visit this part of Tokyo again.

The price is considered cheaper than the other 3⭐️ hotels nearby. Good facilities, staff can help us by using English, and they have affordable breakfast. The menu are varies and delicious. For those who can’t eat meat, don’t worry they have bread, salad, and yogurt.

Pleasant stay. Didn't encounter any issues. The room are a bit small, but manageable. may not comfortable for long stay, though. Value for money based on its location near shinjuku, but be ready for the walk to the station.

Excellent location for price!”
My fiancée and I stayed here for over a week while we visited Tokyo, and it was a delight. The location is excellent, a few streets removed from any loudness or bright lights, but close enough that you’ll be immersed in the life of Shinjuku or be able to hop a train to almost anywhere in close to 5 min. The staff was very kind and spoke English quite well. There are not any extra facilities (gym, laundry, etc), but for the price, you cannot get a better location. I would absolutely stay here again the next time I stay in Tokyo. The only people I would not recommend this location for is taller folk (5’8”+) and those with children. The bath/shower ceiling is quite low since quarters are a bit tight, and this hotel is located quite close to the red light district so if your little one is curious you may get some questions about images you might see while walking around.

Everything great except 1 minor thing ”
Pros: - Smooth check in process - Nice new room - Close to many sights in Shinjuku, and not far from train station Cons: - Our toilet got clogged at night, but they responded almost instantly upon calling the reception. They moved us to another room once they realised they couldn’t fix on the spot
