Man kan knappast bo bättre om man tänker göra Köpenhamn. Läget mkt centralt . God och riklig frukost.

En liten varning.”
Stannade 2 nätter, och det blev 2 nätter utan sömn. Det va 32 grader varmt ute, det finns ingen ac eller någon fungerande ventilation. Dom tillhandahåller en bordsfläkt. Men det gick inte att ha fönstret öppet när man skulle sova, för att det går väldigt tung tågtrafik bredvid hotellet. Så jag kan inte rekommendera det här hotellet, i varje fall inte om det är varmt ute.. //Mattias

It is very unfortunate to read that you had to experience such heat in your room during your stay. It has been a very rare and extreme heat wave in Copenhagen for the last month, which is not normal condition and our guests can normally sleep very well at our hotel without an AC system. In taking great care of our charming hotel, our main priority is to be able to offer a very well-maintained and comfortable atmosphere, so therefore we would also consider an AC system for future renovations at the hotel. Bodde på Mercur när jag och min partner skulle besöka Tivoli och turista på Ströget. Allt låg inom gångavstånd och hotellet var helt OK, inget speciellt men värt pengarna.

Wifi:n kom och gick redan uppe på tredje våningen, och TV:n verkade beroende av det då den stängde av sig själv med jämna mellanrum. Väldigt lyhört mellan rummen och ut i korridoren, första natten stördes jag verkligen av grannarna, sedan drog de nog för det var okej resten av tiden.

Vi gick till alla våra mål. Nyhavn, foodmarket ,Rosenborg slott osv även nära att gå runt några mindre vattendrag bakom hotellet. Blev lite varmt på natten men fanns bordsfläkt på rummen som vi använde. Martin 12/7 -17/

När jag bokade via agoda var det rabatterat pris, före priset var 3700:- enlig appen och det var väldigt missvisande då standarden på rummet var i det skicket för att kunna ta ut de pengarna då rummen var slitet med sprucket handfat och dålig finish speciellt i badrummet.

Personalen var trevliga. Hotellrummet var väl tilltaget och bra planerat för 3 plus en liten hall med garderober. Frukosten var bra. Sängarna bra men bäddsoffan inget vidare. Centralt och bra läge, dock ganska mycket buller från inbromsande tåg om man öppnade fönstren. Toaletten var i minsta laget. Bra TV-utbud och internet.

Nära till allt, parkering kring hörnet inga problem. Stannade bara en natt men återkommer hit nästa gång.

bra läge endast ett par minuters promenad från tivoli. stort fräscht rum med härlig terass och utsikt över tivoli. tyvärr ganska hög ljudnivå från tågen som går förbi utanför. trevlig personal och stor fin frukostbuffé.

Nice Hotel in the Center of Copenhagen”
Hotel is located near the central station. You can easily walk Tivoli and it is near the City Sighteseeing Bus tour. Hotel room is nice and offers very good breakfast..Hotel staffs are also nice and helpful.
