I wanted a top floor room it had the choice of availability and when I got there they said it was full and they're top floor room available , during the stay most of the top floor rooms they were empty so I dint like that and could gave me a top floor and that's what I paid .....but the service and staff was really great they are friendly on all ur needs and the food it's really great fantastic.

do not go to this hotel you will not be happy water did not work several times food not good internet that I paid for was bad!! I went home a day early lost out on money..

The grounds, pool, and beach were beautiful. Staff was friendly and helpful. It seemed as though tipping was expected, which surprised us. The food was very good and there was variety. Not all restaurants were open as advertised. Activities were plentiful, but not always as scheduled. Overall our visit was wonderful and we would definitely return.

The food was cheap and poorly made. Drinks were poorly made as well. Facilities were reasonably clean and quiet. Could be a good experience for a couple who wants some quiet and doesn't have taste buds. Don't expect to get your money back if you want to change your reservations after making them, no matter how early. Also the roads on the way in are really poorly marked and have plenty of gaping pot holes. Also, security will look in your car when you leave and reenter to make sure you aren't bringing back a friend you aren't paying for, even just for the night.

We had a car rental and arrived at Punta Cana about 7:00pm. It took another hour and half to find the Motel. No signage and massive pot holes in the road to get to the place. Lights did not work in the room and bath room. safe was locked. water in toilet kept running.

Nice all inclusive beach resort”
This is an average All inclusive resort with some nice restaurants. It is next to the beach and there is an intensive club programme with sports and leisure. The room is large and fine and the gardens are quite nice indeed.

En general quedamos muy satisfechas con la estadía, de mod ando por la amabilidad del personal del hotel, pues todo el tiempo tienen buena energía y son educados, así no les des propina, que a veces es un factor determinante en otros sitios. La variedad de la comida fue impresionante, aunque no nos dieron toda la información desde la llegada, entonces no pudimos disfrutar tanto como habríamos de saber los beneficios de antemano. Digamos que el único punto débil que tienen es la coctelería/licores, pues al ser all inclusive parece que prefieren ahorrar en este servicio y casi todos los licores ofrecidos saben a lo mismo, no son de buena calidad, y bronces toca optar por cerveza o algo ya conocido en lugar de inventar probando cócteles que no saben a los originales. Tampoco informaron que algunos licores como el wiskey, bailys u otros eran de pago; y ningún cóctel los contenía. Este aspecto pueden mejorarlo, pues un buen trago es mejor que 10 de baja calidad; seguro desperdician menos; evitan que las personas lo boten. Igual, volvería con los ojos cerrados. Y bueno, ultima sugerencia, algún tipo de control de zancudos en las habitaciones; eran gigantes y bastante agresivos, y eso que procurábamos no abrir tanto el ventanal. El personal excelente; ¡qué calidad de seres humanos!

My buen servicio. Al ser Adults Only, es mucho más tranquilo y menos ruidoso que otros. La comida es razonablemente variada (no es una locura de platos de todos los tipos, pero se defiende muy bien) y muy, muy bien preparada. De sus restaurantes temáticos, el mexicano es sublime, el italiano es bueno y el francés es malo, no vale la pena. En tragos hay de todo. El mojito no es bueno, pero el cocoloco sí, por ejemplo. El trato del personal es siempre amable y cariñoso. Solo hay que andar evitando a los señores de pollera azul que tratan de vender tiempos compartidos, pero eso pasa en todos los resorts. El WiFi gratis tiene buena velocidad. Es muy limpio. Fuimos en pareja por 8 noches y tuvimos la suerte de que no había mucha gente, lo que hizo la estadía muy placentera. Seguro volveremos.

Po příjezdu příjemně překvapil velmi rychlý checkin, který trval asi 3 minuty. Hned u recepce probíhala výuka tance a diskotéka a byl zde otevřený bar (přijeli jsme kolem 23.00 hod). Pokoj jsme měli nedaleko recepce v přízemí. Ohromil nás dvou velikostí, vířivkou a obrovskou postelí, také samostatným místem pro posezení. Prostorná sprcha s intenzivní sprchou a horkou vodou vše ještě podpořila. Součástí byl i denně doplňovaný minibar a každodenní perfektní úklid. V celém areálu bylo absolutně čisto, moře teplé s minimem řas, kterém přesto každý den uklízeli. Krásný bazén doplňoval jeden z barů a výborný program zdejších animátorů. Veškerý personál byl vždy milý, usměvavý a ochoten s čímkoliv pomoci. V recepci je třeba možné objednat výlety, což jsme využili. Koupili jsme si šnorchlování s mantami a žraloky, což bylo docela v otevřeném Atlantiku náročné. Pokud jde o jídlo, o vše bylo skvěle postaráno ve velké jídelně nebo několika restauracích. V jídelně vše klapalo na výbornou díky F/B managerovi Rául Cedano. V plážovém baru, kde bylo možné se rovněž naobědvat nebo navečeřet se o nás vzorně staral Hector Payano. Potěšila i taková drobnost, že nám při dešti přistavili k recepci hotelové vozítko a odvezli nás na pokoj, abychom nezmokli nebo zajistili dobití kreditu pro internet do mobilu, SIM nám rovněž zařídili. Díky excelentním službám rád DOPORUČUJI!

Океан при ветре- штормит. Наносит водоросли. Желающим попрыгать на волнах-сюда! Поплавать как бассейне не получится. Пока не будет штиль. Питание, напитки, персонал-"5+". Номера на троечку(влажность и соль в воздухе испортят любую мебель). Но там только спишь. Ром и солнце поднимут любое негативное настроение. Отель небольшой. Местных в выходные не наблюдается, т. к. Всё забронировано заранее. Очередей и негатива нет! Спокойный размеренный отдых.
