New Hotel, Helpful Staff”
Stayed here for a few nights and went snowboarding at YongPyong Ski Resort. Shuttle bus provided to Yongpyong Ski Resort (can check the hotel pics for the schedule), but do note that Koreans are punctual, always leaving on time. Was late by a minute and saw the bus driving out of the hotel front porch, but well my mistake to not be on time. And if you take a taxi there, it will be approximately 10,000KRW. Front desk was helpful all the time and speaks good English! Room was clean and big, at least for me as a solo traveler, but should be no problem for couples too. Very new hotel, maybe explains the low occupancy rate or may be due to the location being away from attractions and amenities, but the hotel is well-equipped. There are restaurants, convenience stores, and spa facilities. Overall very worth the money and highly recommended to enjoy a stay with them.

Excellent hotel options for skiing in Alpensia”
The hotel is so new that there wasn't a website available when we booked it. Its a wonderful option if you are skiing in Alpensia. Their free shuttle is wonderful (the shuttle was full and the hotel kindly cars to send us to Alpensia anyways). The loft is a great for more bedspace but it would be better if they don't charge us for the extra bedding (33,000KRW per night). The convenience store right on site also makes is very convenient. Breakfast is also nice. Beds and pillows can be better though. We had dinner there after skiing on both nights and food was excellent. One thing I would recommend is to offer a more frequently shuttle schedule to Alpensia and YongPyong during the day (perhaps every hour on request?) so that it would make it much more convenient for the guests to commute back and forth. Overall, I really love this hotel and would definitely stay here again when I come to Pyeongchang next time.

Would stay again! I was there in Feb for 4 days. It was snowing heavily on the second and third day. Staff was professional and so helpful even when it was late night. There are staff present who can speak English. You can easily take a taxi or hotel transport to the ski resort. Hotel was very clean, beautiful, safe and warm. Room came with a loft style deck and a balcony. There are restaurants, convenience store, gym, sauna, laundry area and more in the hotel. Would stay again if I ever visit the area.

This resort was so perfect for my winter vacation! Especially as a solo traveler, I had everything I needed within the resort, making it easier being away from a lot while in the mountains. The restaurants within the resort were perfect - it had enough options for variety during my stay. There’s even a CU for convenience of little things and tons of activities, including karaoke and an animal farm behind the resort. Beautiful mountain views and a great atmosphere of clean air & relaxation. I appreciate this Ramada so much!

i was driving towards Seoul but decided to randomly pick this hotel so as to not drive at night. Totally worth it, very nice hotel, staff, amenities and food. I got a condo witn kitchen and even a loft that would easily fit three futons. I really like the look and feel. I would totally book this hotel for a winter holiday in the snow.. Totally would stay again and multiple days.

My husband and I had stayed for 3 days. I like the place because it was near from the sky ranch where I plan to go. The room was a little bit smaller than I expected but it was okay to stay with two people. There were many restaurants around the hotel so I could find the place to eat easily. Overall, I would like to stay this hotel next visit.

Convenient location to access the resorts”
The Ramada hotel was a perfect hotel to provide affordable, clean and modern accommodation. With direct airport bus and shuttle bus to the various nearby resorts makes it easy to bring your gear to snowboard and come back for a good rest. There are also restaurants that are affordable and delicious for dinner. A well stocked convenience store that closes at midnight also adds to the convenience and comfort of our stay. Overall we enjoyed ourselves and will definitely stay again when we come back to visit the nearby ski resorts

I think this is a new hotel that is why there was no review when I booked. Nevertheless, I took my chance and I wasn't disappointed. Staff are efficient. We had a spacious villa (separated from the main hotel building). Breakfast has a variety of choices, but they don't change the menu. We stayed for 2 nights and had the same breakfast buffet. There's a long line but the manager would make sure we won't wait long. I commend him for being so accommodating. They have limited choices on their menu when we had dinner. Good thing there is a convenience store within the hotel. We wished we were able to go downtown as it is quite far. There's a free shuttle to and from Alpensia Resort.

Very fair and reasonably pricing on Agoda. Also by far the easiest checkin/checkout I’ve ever had. Lots of food options within the resort itself and the staff was absolutely superb. Our room had some random stains, walls were chipped, the the ceiling in the bathroom had some strange streaks at the top (probably dirt smudges). But it was comfortable and good enough. The towels were clean and the sheets were pristine. The lobby was clean and pretty, and the restaurants were very well kept. I would stay again!

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. The hotel’s USP is free bus service to Ski resorts and Jinbu KTX station. The breakfast is overpriced and the hotel room kitchen is not operational. We still enjoyed here.

It is a beautiful hotel. Very clean. Cool rooms! We didn't understand how to set the thermostat though and woke up too hot in the middle of the night, that was the only downfall. Wish I would have asked before bedtime. Easy check in and out. Easy parking. Easy to find.
