Great location - walking distance to many tourist sites, including the harbours, museums, main restaurant strip, train station, Fremantle Prison. I didn’t need to use any vehicle transport while there. Modern facilities, clean and comfortable room. Slept wonderfully. Large reception area with lounge seating. Only minor downside - I didn’t have a kitchen bin (bathroom only) which was unusual for a Quest.

Upon booking the hotel the staff made sure we had everything we needed and called a few times to confirm. Although we only had a very short stay the customer service we received was exceptional. The room was nice and comfortable with a nice clean bathroom. And very close to the wharf so an easy spot to stay before/after a Rottnest island trip

Loved that this place was located within walking distance of Bathers Beach, Fremantle Market, the pier where the seafood restaurants are located, Coles supermarket and Target. Our 2 bedroom executive apartment was clean and came with fridge, full kitchen and washer and dryer.

We had a great time Room was clean Value for money Great location We arrived very early for our check in and were told they would call us as soon as our room was ready This DID NOT HAPPEN At 2pm we arrived and they knew nothing about it So that marred our stay

Room was great for what we needed. Bathroom and shower is a nice size. Room was very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was also great, as only a short walk to everything. Would definitely recommend staying here

Had the most amazing stay. In the heart of Historical Fremantle, close to the train station, bars and restaurants. Clean rooms, comfy bed and having a fully equipped kitchen a bonus. Definitely recommend and will stay here again.

Full apartment facility in the room and proximity to major attractions are the main plus point for family travelling with kids. One downside is there’s only rain shower in the bathing area and there is a small gap between the opening of the glass door makes it challenging to shower young children.

The location is absolutely great but parking is a bit of an issue as it is located offsite and is at an additional cost, at least with our stay. There was an instance where the parking we had paid for was completely full, which meant we had to park elsewhere. It was the same company so we assumed it was covered, but it wasn't and we incurred a fine. To Quest's credit, they sorted that out for us and we didn't have to pay it, so great work Quest! Much of the alternative parking in the immediate vicinity is ticketed and the parking inspectors were red-hot while we were there. Being from Melbourne we were not used to the whole "number plate parking" setup and assumed that we would pay after returning to our car for the time that had elapsed since entering, this isn't the case. I'm pretty sure you pay upfront for how long you'll think you'll be and then top it up, if need be. That was the only slight on an otherwise awesome stay. Staff are amazing. Location is great. Rooms are clean

We had a 'staycation' ♥ in Freemantle. Quest was in a perfect location, it was clean, tidy and comfortable. Just frustrating to not have parking and then having to pay for parking for 4 hours and wait for a day parking, then pay again. But we had a great weekend. Thank you.

Stayed 2 nights at the end of November, we are happy with the whole process of checking in and out. Very easy and quick. Staff were friendly and helpful in showing us directions to places of interest and food. The room was not too big or too small but perfect for a couple. The room came with ready kitchen.
