i had booked a superior room and was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to premium room with panoramic view of the river and city. the room was big with a king bed. very clean staff extremely courteous and very helpful. breakfast spread was very very good. we stayed 3 nights and they allowed both early check in at noon and late check out at 1400 without extra charge overall extremely satisfied and our stay exceeded well over our expectations. many thanks to all staff.

Feedback regarding the stay ”
Recently two days back I stayed in Radisson blu Tbilisi for two days. I would like your attention on few points 1. First of all the design of bathroom was so horrible. How can a bathroom in the room will have full transparent glass? Is it same for all the room even if for twin sharing? 2. The room service was so late.. I asked 2 water bottles through one touch and they delivered after half an hour. How can be a hotel service too lazy? 3. The reception was not also so attentive. Please review these points for better services in future...

At some point it's bizarre to hear the comments about the design, but at the same time I understand that hotel concept is very special and is not suitable for everyone. As for the water delivery it is usually delivered within maximum 10minutes, depends on the occupancy. About the receptions' attention we would be more then happy to listen more details, which of your request was left without attention. As I have already mentioned our hotel concept it very special and we understand your point of view, although I am happy, that the majority of our guests do appreciate our vision of design and service. Very nice pools and room service, but you pay for it. The gym is pretty basic, but it has a great view. Housekeeping is not very thorough, but is reliable. Breakfast had a lot of options but was the same every day.

If u can stretch to it go for a business room. Its an expensive hotel for Tblisi but we were glad we stayed there. Breakfast good (expensive, great views), business room similar. Used the outdoor pool on good days, the indoor pool on our bad day. Had v nice (expensive) evening meal there too. So expensive but great Id say!

As a five star and well known chain of hotels I was so astonished with the status of the rooms as the carpet was dirty, stained and the parquet was so scratched., the room furniture and amenities are Semi-antique. Otherwise the hotel is located in a good, staff are very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was delicious and varied.

I have stay in the hotel for 5 nights, they were perfect, everything was outstanding including the stuff, location, view, cleaniness, access, surroundings, the hotel is the rastuvalli street, with a coupld of cafes that uaed to open 24/7 The strees doesnt sleep Highly recommend it

A great breakfast and a nice pool, which unfortunately wasn't big enough to support the volume of guests who wanted to use it. The staff and location were disappointing, and while there isn't much that can be done about the later the staff need more service training for international travellers. I had asked the hotel for an airport pick up which they didn't confirm so when I arrived at the airport I had a quick look around but didn't see anyone with a card with the hotel or my name on it so left to get a taxi out the front. However, the hotel had sent a car to pick me up and tried to charge me for it. Prepare for a long wait for check in and check out, unless I was unlucky on my visit.

What a bad family vacation”
It can't be 5 stars hotel. Basic and simple facilities where not available including proper BF. For the first time in a 5 star hotel they ask me to pay for the bread during my BF. For the first time I notes food finish during BF and they do not serve more? No one from staff say GM or even welcome you.the watch you entering the hotel without any help. It is entertainment hotel with casino not for family that share the same entrench. Cleaning the room with limited soap! I documented clearly that I have our university day they get me flowers first day when I told them it is after 2 days no one came back? They ask me for deposit for my electrical charger? No statement was given for me in check out? Even the invoice I paid it was given without envelope? When the paid no one said hope to see you soon? It is to in the middle of the city sorry it is not a good location. The hotel transfer from the airport charge me 4 times the normal price? It was real bad facility.
