A bit far away when we walked from Turku VR station. However, the view is really really good in our room. It was clean and comfortable. The staff was so nice and clever that suggested I purchased MoominBus ticket right here. And the breakfast taste well!

The room was nice with a view over Aura river, the food in the restaurant was excellent. The only thing I can criticize that the staff in the reception did not speak Swedish - in a bilingual country!

The hotel was nice. Good location, very helpful staff (the plug in our tub was missing; they delivered a new one in 10 minutes), and excellent breakfast. Best was, however, that they help us overcome a booking issue: we had booked via Agoda, and it turned out the room we booked actually does not exist: we booked a 3-person room but the hotel said it does not have these (other than expensive suites); instead, we ended up in a double with a bed on wheels brought in. It all worked out fine, and we were happy the hotel was able and willing to accommodate us. But one wonders whether it should have been sold as a room for three.

High quality hotel”
We stayed our wedding night at the hotel and we were so pleased on all services we got. We got early check in and late check out. Staff in the hotel are so professional it makes everything so easy. We also had 4 friends who stayed 3 nights at the hotel and they were extremely satisfied for food, location and all services. You can well say this is the best hotel in Turku.

not exactly what we expected”
We booked the hotel through Agoda system which was probably a mistake. We wished a room in the upper floors with a nice view and got a room in the lowest level with a view to the hotel's maintenance building which was not a very beautiful view. Otherwise the hotel represents an average level. Part of the offered portions in the breakfast buffet did not affect high quality.

Great location and nice hotel”
We really enjoyed our short stay at this hotel. The location is great. A short walk to the Turku Cathedral, and a little longer walk to the Turku Castle. Both of which are a must-do in Turku. The hotel is located on the riverfront and has great value rooms and the restaurant is very good.

Nice place, close to everything, nice view, not too big room, but room had something, so it was ok, elevator nice, lobby was very nice too, self service and nice breakfast, I can recommend this to everybody. Did not tried to the restaurant, so cannot say anything about it yet. will come next time too if rooms are available.

it's really good hotel and choice! Convenient location for sight seeing and dining! along the Aura river, which is nice in summer and lots of restaurants and bars are there!! Good service and nice rooms! We will choose it when we come back to Turku!

memorable experience in Raddisson! We had honeymoon there, the friendly staff sent gifts to our room and upgrade our room to Suite!! Very nice room with convenience location, along the Aura river. Lots of business people there, breakfast is excellent! We will stay there next time to Turku!

A nice central hotel”
General impression was positive. Room was clean, though a bit smelly and not the best view/lighting. Since in most cases, hotels have free parking, I was expecting it here as well. I asked for it, but I guess because of misunderstanding of the wording "free parking" I got a parking slot in their cellar and next morning they charged me additional 30 euros. That was a negative suprise. Breakfast room was nice and hotel's location is good for the visitors willing to discover the center of Helsinki.

A quiet place”
Taking into considxeration that Turkyu is not the centre of the world, the number of hotels are surprisingly high. I am happy that i selected this hotel. The hotel itself is lokated by the river and summertime the view to the surroundings is nice. It is located in a quiet area of town. The waiting tiome for a taxi might be somewhat long from time to time.

Siisti hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla. Keskustassa, mutta ei ihan ytimessä niin, että olisi häiritsevän paljon liikennettä tai meteliä ympärillä. Henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä ja kokonaisuudesta jäi hyvä fiilis.
