I hotellvestibulen finner du även en skräddare som är mycket erfaren och förhandlingsbara priser på sina produkter

Firade nyår på hotellet. Party i alla restauranger med mycket folk, god mat, musik och dans.

Avmätt service i receptionen. Ofräsch heltäckningsmatta på rummet som luktade rök , trots bekräftelse på vårt önskemål om rökfritt. Vänlig personal i matsal. Saknade mer frukt och grönt och pannkakor,plättar eller våfflor på den relativt dyra frukostbuffén.

Läckande toalett som lät hela natten, minibar med öppna gamla vinflaskor (som påpekades, men ingen åtgärd), värsta frukosten i historien (och dyr...) - aldrig mer på detta hotell!

Bus 5C goes straight to the doorstep of this hotel from the airport. We got room on the 17th flr overlooing the city. Breakfast was a good spread with hot and cold dishes. The room was cleaned by a very friendly lady. Special thanks to her.

Nice hotel”

Was here on business trip. Easy access to anywhere, taxi is always waiting outside the hotel. Great breakfast. Rooms were ok, getting a little bit old but it was clean. Only downside for me is the wifi, really poor speeds on the free wifi, not sure if the paid version was any better.

Exceed expectation”

Love this hotel very much. Bed and pillow is soft. Room facilities is superb : includes every item described in the website, except for heater/oven for drying clothes. Provided hand towel, face towel and bath towel in the bathroom. 55"++ big screen TV. Menu for breakfast is same for everyday. If you are staying for more than 2 days, suggest that you don't include breakfast in your room reservation. Consider to sign up for free membership to enjoy the complimentary water in the minibar, otherwise it is 40 DKK per bottle. Membership also allows you for early check-in before 2pm. My colleagues reached there at 10.30am and had to wait till 2pm to check in as they did not sign up for membership. It's 600m+ to Islands Brygge (M2 green line). Otherwise, you may take bus 5C which takes you to the city area, such as Norreport Station. Note : not all bus 5C brings you from the hotel to the Airport. Most of them stops at the bus terminal. Only a few (interval 15-20mins) goes to the Airport.

Location: Away from city centre (20 mins walk to CC) but very well connected by Bus. Taxis available 24 hrs. Those who love morning walks and cycling should stay here. Super friendly staff.

Best hotel in Copenhagen”

This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever booked in Agoda! The view from our window is absolutely stunning! It’s literally falling asleep at the tranquility of the lake (as seen from the window), and waking up to the enchanting view of the scenery. The location is perfect - just a few minutes walk to the center, yet far enough to avoid the crowd and busy streets of Copenhagen. Reaching the hotel from the airport (and vice versa) is surprisingly easy, as it is just a 3-minute walk from the bus stop (we took bus 5c from the airport when we arrived and took the same bus when we departed-very convenient!) The only thing I feel lacking in this hotel are swimming pool and jacuzzi/sauna, but otherwise, everything else is perfect!

Stayed in copenhagen 4 times.This a was lovely hotel.We usually stay in the centre,which is great for Tivili etc.Had to get taxis up and down.But is a really nice hotel .

Excellent Staff”

Got the river view room , nice breakfast and clean room. But the thing amazed me most are the staffs. Whenever I asked for any help they were prompt to respond.

Fantastic front of house staff at a good hotel”

Hotel is in a good location, a short walk from some of Copenhagen's main attraction. Hotel is looking tired in some areas but is clean - nothing less than you'd expect of a Radisson. Hotel features some excellent restaurants on site, including Blue Elephant, which is a must-try if you like good Thai food. It appeared to be linked to the one in London we went to. Some of the breakfast staff were quirky and unhelpful but the guys at reception were absolutely brilliant. They were engaging and helpful.

Location is very easily reachable from the airport, 7 stops on the metro (or there abouts) with only one change and then the hotel is a very short walk from Island Brygge metro stop. Destination from the main city centre is not too bad, however, it is at least a 20-25 minute walk. Room very spacious and clean and bed comfortable.
