Breakfast was amazing! The room was fantastic, with a great view and very clean. Stayed for 9 days and have absolutely no complaints. The staff was very accommodating and friendly.

We stayed here one night due to it being close to the airport and we had an early flight. They have free shuttle service in the morning once every hour at the 15 minute mark. We were told to be in the lobby by 6am for the 6:15am shuttle. At 6:15, no shuttle was in sight and we already had asked reception twice. This time he told us his clock said 6:10. We both showed our phones that showed 6:15.. his answer? “I can only go by this hotel clock”. We called an Uber and a few minutes later as our Uber arrived, the shuttle finally did - their clock showed they were a few minutes late - but that wasn’t a big deal to them.

Outdated furnishings, rooms don't match pictures or description”
Room furnishings are very outdated and the rooms are misrepresented as "junior suites" both in the room photos and the descriptions. While the staff are friendly I would expect more from what is branded as a modern Radisson (the impressionyou get from the lobby does not carry through to the rooms)

On the bright side, the staff was universally courteous and efficient, the beds very comfortable and the location very convenient. But they are renovating the elevators, which will take several months and creates bottlenecks some times at the service elevator. Also, the facilities are old and tired; the carpet was grimy.

Love... where it was, close to the hospital Centro Medico, that i went for. It's a very good experiece, comfortable hotel that my husband and i felt when we stay there.

房间很大但是浴室很小…周边有点吵，酒店内消费比较高。出差住的，没敢单独外出，在酒店内还是比较安全的。
