Stannade 2 nätter på detta hotell och blev positivt överaskad över närheten till centrum samt även till Shiphol flygplatsen i kombination till priset som betalades

Lovely hotel very clean and close to the city”
Only complaint was shuttle bus didn’t turn up on our arrival waited an hour and a half ended up getting a taxi €40. And they over booked shuttle on way home so they paid for a taxi for us to the airport

The place is convenient. Just take tram 13 to reach the centrum. Staff is honest, informative and helpful. They all have good attitude. Becoz of this, i make another reservation for 2 more nites after i got back from iceland...

2nd Stay at Ramada Apollo”
We've been to Amsterdam twice now & stayed at the Ramada Apollo both times. It's a wonderful hotel with a great staff, & we love going up to the 17th Floor for drinks & food. We've yet to experience the roof top because it's been colder weather both visits, but we will be back in August. The only "down" side is the location. It's not right in the heart of the city, but there is a tram directly across from the hotel, & it's so easy to get into the city! But with jet lag... sometimes you head back to take a nap & wake up later than expected. The tram only runs until about midnight. You can end up spending quite a bit on transportation.

Prefect Hotel for City Trip to Amsterdam”
My boyfriend and I stayed in the Ramada Apollo for 4 nights. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and the staff were very helpful and friendly and happy to answer any queries. Prefect location, 4 min walk to the tram stop and 20 min tram into the centre of Amsterdam. Would highly recommend.

Great place just out of the city area”
Location is just outside of the city with accessible tram no.13. Nice surroundings with greenery and peace. Room is large and an extra bed can be expanded from the fixed sofa. Will stay again for the value for money price.

Decent Hotel with great facility and cleanlines”
The hotel building was good, I was given the room on the upper level and it has a great views to the central town. The hotel is located beside a park which is good environment and very close to the tram station.

Near to tram station to central ”
Location is good easy to find and we get a nice bigger room on 1427 in the corner with good view. Clean room but my bed need to change because like we sleep in the basin 🤭 also better to equipped your shower with door instead of water spill out. And hotel transfer to airport is not free as you arrived and we need to book the mini van is limited seat and the schedule too rare

Room was nice and clean, aircon worked well, great view, nice rooftop terrace Two things for me that they could do better. Pillows: hard and high. I had a sore neck after one night so asked for a different pillow, they didn't had different pillows so I used the one on the couch which wasn't very clean. Other thing, cocktails. Had a cocktail on the first day around 12pm next day same time I asked for the same cocktail. The person working there said that she didn't know how to make cocktails and the person who does arrives at 5pm. It's easy to train your staff how to make the 4 cocktails on your menu....

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Princess, a staff at the reception, was particularly helpful, friendly and accommodating of our needs. She answered all our queries. Without her, our stay would not have been as nice. Kudos to her!

Comfortable ”
Great facilities and fabulous service. Good views from the higher floors and breakfast is excellent. Only negative is the location - get familiar with the public transport system as trams run past the hotel and are the best way to move around Amsterdam.
