Everything goals!! We loveee it! This is probably my 5th time staying here. I love the fact that it is sooo close to everything. And the rooms are so clean! And you can eat at the Muji Cafe for breakfast with discounted price. LOVE IT! Would stay here again and again and againnn!

The location is great to access Ginza shopping and the Imperial palace grounds. Near JR rail station and subways. Staff was really helpful since I didn't speak any Japanese and was travelling alone.

High quality and handy”
Perfect position for transport, sight seeing base yet peaceful and beautiful being so close to Imperial Palace. I am revisiting the Remm Hibiya. Lovely touch of restful teas and origami paper available.

Good location, short walking distance from Hibiya Station, Breakfast at Muji was marvellous and accessible to many eateries and shopping area. Cons: room small , not much walking space with luggage inside.

Fantastic location and comfy room”
I stayed in one of the smaller basic rooms. Although I had no view, and my room was very small, I did appreciate the large shower room with rain shower. The massage chair was a bit small for my body even though I'm just average in height. I also enjoyed the Muji Cafe located inside the building.

Nice location with 5 mins to Yurakucho station, small but cozy room, staff are nice and kind. You also can enjoy muji cafe breakfast meal in the hotel.

Nice hotel with good location! Just minutes away from metro. The downside is that the room is too small to open the luggage. Overall a clean and modern hotel. Staff is nice and there’s a muji cafe inside the hotel (must try their cheesecake!)

Good for business traveler for single night”
Just like other hotels in Japan, very neat and comfy with helpful staff but super small size room. Enjoyed their amenities not only the bathroom essentials also choice of tea and other small stuffs. Massage chair in the room is brilliant idea. The hotel is right across the imperial hotel, next to hibiya midtown, close to hibiya and yurakucho station, wakable distance to tokyo station and ginza area. The most amazing thing in this hotel was breakfast at MUJI cafe!

The two issues I faced was that the reception was not on ground floor - it was on first floor, with lift option , and no car parking option at the entrance (no porch ), both making luggage transportation and issue. The room size was also very small - but Ok by Tokyo standards. Otherwise the hotel was good - in fact the massage chair in the room was a plum in the pudding !

This location is very nice! It’s near Yurakucho station and Hibiya station. There are a lot of restaurants and shopping malls near here. The hotel is basic one but we can use a massage chair.

Excellent location”
I have to stay close to Tokyo station this time and I chose Remm Hibiya as I have excellent experience with Remm Roppongi in my previous visit. Remm Hibiya is a bit dated compared with Roppongi one but it's still up to the basic hotel standard. Location is excellent, easy access to Hibiya line (from Ueno to Naka Meguro) Chiyoda line (to Omotesando, Harajuku), Ginza line (to Shibuya), and JR line (Yamanote line, Shinkasen). There's lots of great restaurants right downstairs. Overall it's a great stay and I would recommend single business traveler or couple with light packing to stay at this hotel.

Good location nearby hibiya stationd and yurakucho station. Very easy to travel by train. So good having masssage chair inside the room.

7min walk from Hibiya station and 10min from JR Yurakucho. Surrounded by Cinemas and theaters so you can enjoy culture. Not many convenience stores though. Food tickets were nice in that you can also use them for lunch if you miss breakfast. The placement of electrical outlets was a small miss, but this price at this location checks the box.

My toilet bidet doesn't work properly. The water pressure are so weak it doesn't even touch my but. The rain shower also doesn't work. The pressure of each holes are different I don't feels good using it. And no matter how long I waited, it doesn't get as hot as the regular shower. And, I found a trash in between bed and table. Somethings like seal from mineral water bottle. With that small room, there should not be any problem to clean it. There are some traces of cigarettes burn in the curtains and floor. Maybe they gave this room to me because I'm a gaijin and they're suspecting me to damage the room? Whatever their reason, it can't be justified. I've been to many business and city hotels, but this kind of room... I've never seen it before.
