The room is spacious, but the receptionist counter is far for check in the room. It's a trouble. Parking fee is high and is not in the building but nearby.

The room was amazing, everything in it. It’s like airbnb but better. The location was right on the bus stop however lil far from kyoto station.

One of the best I have ever stayed!”
Loving this hotel as we are with young kids, the room is so spacious and allows us to cook light meal for the young ones. Best of all, the coin laundry is just next to the building, super marker it right opposite and chargeable parking lot is few steps away from the building too. Couldn’t ask for more. It’s just the right one for my family! Thank you Resi stay!

Everything you need for a great family vacation.”
My wife and I were here with my 3 kids and we totally enjoyed our stay. This apartment has all the things we need and a supermarket is located just opposite the apartment. Bus stop to every where is just outside the apartment lobby and we enjoyed our stay very much! I would recommend this apartment to everyone looking for a no frills stay.

Fantastic room for a family”
We absolutely loved our room. Clean, modern, bright, and room enough for our family of five. The only challenge we had was we arrived late and didn't know we were supposed to check in at another location. We had checked in online but didn't know there would be no staff on site. It all worked out but for people not used to staying at hotels like that should be informed prior to arrival.

The aparthotel is great and has everything you need for a good stay. The location is okay and really good for the bus. A grocery across the street and McDonald’s just a block away. A little far from typical Kyoto tourism interests and that was ultimately our reason for 4 instead of 5 stars. Quiet, clean, and roomy but a hot minute from what we wanted to see.

My flight was cancelled due to COVID-19 and I failed to cancel my booking on time. Despite that, they still offered me a rebooking voucher! Which is definitely okay for me, since I am really looking forward to stay in this very clean and homey hotel! Thank you for the very considerate management!

J'ai aimé rester plusieurs jours dans ce cosi petit appartement. J'ai trouvé la décoration apaisante, la salle de bain très bien équipée, et la kitchenette pratique pour une petite utilisation quotidienne. Bonne solution pour une semaine de vacances en famille.

The size of any rooms in this accommodation is more than 37 ㎡, so we highly recommend our rooms to families. Bus stops are close, one of them is just in front of the accommodation. A supermarket which opens until the midnight is across the street. You can get some ingredients there and cook in your room because all rooms have the kitchen. Of course, you can enjoy the restaurants nearby too! We hope we can see you in Kyoto again in the near future. RESI STAY Team

部屋はとても可愛くて広くて華族5人でも十分なお部屋でした！ 食器も調理器具も揃っていて良かったです！！ ただ、問い合わせの際には無料の駐車場があると言っていたのに実際はなくパーキングに止める羽目になり、2300円も取られたのがショックでした。 それから上の階の若い方複数名の騒音が夜中まで続き迷惑でした！！

西陣で大学の同窓会”
立命館大学OB（H6年卒）おっさん5人で利用。民泊を初めて利用した者もいたが、ビジネスホテルを上回る快適さ・コスパetcに驚いていた。京都市内中心部なので各方面からも集合しやすく、酒類・惣菜etcの買い出しにも至極便利。オススメです♪
