An awesome stay at Hotel Michael, Sentosa”
Room appears to be newly renovated, spacious, very clean and bright. Excellent check in services, kudos to the lady manager at the front counter (Fair lady who does is not in uniformed and wear spectacle) who went out of her way to make our stay a memorable and enjoyable one. Many thanks to Bryan at counter 8 at the reception who is very efficient, polite and professional. Location of hotel is excellent. This hotel is nearest (compared to other Resort World hotels) to Universal Studio, SEA Aquarium and Vivo City (which is a huge shopping mall). Vivo City is just a 5 mins monorail ride (free ride) away with many shopping and dining options. The hotel is located in the middle of 2 monorail stations ( Imbiah and Resort World Stations) which is 2-3 minutes walk away from the hotel. You have access to facilities of other Resort World group of hotels, including pools and gyms.

Best place to celebrate”
We have a wonderful staycay at hotel Michael. The check-in process was smooth and attentive. The front-desk manager Jonathan and Cecilia are very friendly. I am impressed with every little thing they have done to ensure my kids and family enjoy the stay. The hotel room is clean and the service is good. The best location for USS and plenty of foods choices here. No regret for choosing Hotel Michael. It is the best place to celebrate here. Thanks.

Stay at Hotel Michael, Sentosa Singapore”
he first experience one has at the hotel is during check-in. The allocate 1 hour slots which have to be booked in advance, but these have no meaning. I had booked a 3pm slot for checking in, but when I went to the reception , I had to book a queue number which was 33 numbers behind the current queue number being processed. The expected wait is about 2 hours. They have an option to do self check in, but these machines just do not recognise the booking reference or NRIC and I could not use them. It is surprising that a hotel that is in operation for 11 years have not been able to streamline this process. When I reached the reception counter, I was told that no non-smoking rooms were available for the Deluxe Suites that I had booked. After some discussion , they upgraded me to a bigger suite , which was very generous of them. My stay itself was very comfortable and relaxing. The breakfast was limited, especially for vegetarians like me and my family, but the staff at the restaurant were understanding and provided us with a couple of options. For a 5 star Hotel they could offer some fruits and non alcoholic to the guests , but the rooms are bare. The suite I stayed in had a kitchen, but there was no cutlery - no plates, no spoons, ladles and bowls for utilising the kitchen. Finally , another feedback on housekeeping. One of the bathroom doors was stuck . When we called maintenance, one person came and said that he needs another person to come and help. On the 3rd day , when we checked out , the door was still not repaired. We had to lock the bedroom door to use the bathroom. Other than the above the stay was comfortable and relaxing.

Great staycation ”
Check-in was a breeze. Was given a queue no and within 15 mins we were served by the staff and got our rooms. Maybe it's during weekdays so less crowd. The rooms were nice and clean. We asked for adjoining rooms and got it. The staff are friendly and helpful. We had to change our pool booking due to last minute changes and the staff was accommodating to our request. We had a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Will visit again.

I booked a total of 7 rooms for 3 days 2 night for the September school holiday for my family. The staffs friendliness that made our stay great. From the moment we step in we were warmly welcome by the man in blue suit (kinda forgot his name). During check in staff Jaye was very patient and professional especially with a total of 7 rooms to be check in and with a lot of request too. She was calm, friendly and accommodating. The rooms in the hotel were huge and spacious so we can move around comfortably. Housekeeper Mdm Rusetya (if I get her spelling right) was very friendly. We had a small chat with her and she concern whether we wanted more drinking water or clean towel as we told her there’s no need to clean our room on the 2nd day and she told us do come back to stay in Michael again next time made us feel so welcome. There’s not much cons except that we can’t enjoy the pool facilities as it’s fully book although it understandable during this period of time. So overall it’s a great experience and our family do enjoy our stays. To the Michael hotel staff keep up the great work and thank you for your hospitality.

Check in was quick and fuss free, was there for a birthday celebration and hotel assigned a suite upgrade for us complete with decor. Staff at check in (Hon Kit - hope I remembered his name correctly) was very attentive and helpful. Room was spacious and very clean, facilities all well maintained. Enjoyed my stay with my family and definitely will be returning for more staycay!

Check in: We were able to check in earlier than the usual timing (3pm) as there was no queue or crowd (weekdays). Staff: They were friendly and warm (Reception staff and whoever answered my phone calls. Many thanks for providing what we had requested). Room: We were pleasantly surprised at the size of the room which could contain an extra bed. In fact, the whole room was very new and nothing to comment about. Because of COVID, most of the shops were closed and it was actually sad to see such scene. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our time at the outdoor pool though there's a limited time per entrance (45 minutes). Booking of time slots was required but was fuss free. Overall, no complaints about anything.

We got 2 Premier Deluxe connecting rooms and had a wonderful staycation experience with our family of 10. The kids enjoyed themselves and even adults too. Just did not have enough beds and 2 adults slept on the living area sofa. Otherwise, it was an amazing experience. 1 night was definitely not enough. Counter staff at the reception, name Amelia was super friendly and accomodating. She had a difficult guest just before us who was making a scene and grumbling at her. Staycation”
This staycation was intended to be a birthday staycation for my 7 yo boy. We waited for 3 hrs to check-in even though we reached at 3pm due to the various measure under heightened phase. However this was made up by the sweet gesture of upgrading our rooms to a 2 bedroom suite as there was no more connecting rooms as per our request which we made at point of reservation. We were pleasantly surprised that staff came in the next day to decorate the bedroom with buntings and balloons. My kids had a great time especially the birthday boy. Thanks to Bryan who went the extra mile to look for connecting rooms and to get approval for upgrade when he exhausted all options. We will definitely be back again.

Staycation at Hotel Michael has been wonderful. It is clean, neat, very comfortable. The walls are not exactly thin but we could still hear the people shouting from next door. Other than that, the staff were fantastic, check in was smooth and we took the express check out route and it was really fast.

I would like to say “thank you” to him who brought us a joy for our trip as he assisted us well and great attitude. I didn’t know his name but he is Chinese and he assisted us at 3:45 pm on 1/11 after we were pissed off by his female colleague who was standing at next counter on that day that she was having plenty of paper work need to do. I mean end of the day we came to the hotel to stay and you stood at front desk to serve customers but you said such things then who cares for us. Again, we appreciated his help and we will recommend the hotel for our friends and family again because of him.

I have always chose Hotel Michael whenever I need a break from the hustle and bustle. I love how efficient and systematic check in and outs are. I appreciate that the staffs will try their best to accomodate your request (I asked for connecting rooms during CNY period) I also have to give credits to the valet services there for always being energetic and responsive to our needs. The bathroom they have added a bidet which is to me the icing on the cake. Overall, my experiences will always be positive with Hotel Michael

Thank you for giving us the most comfortable and quiet room on high floor. We were able to use the pool for 1 hour. I love the feeling that it is not crowded. Check in was a bit slow but understandable. Check out was dropping the keys in the box then thats it. Goodluck to your team.

Amazing vacation”
Hotel Michael at Sentosa is walking distance to a lot of attractions. Easy to go from one place to the other either riding cable cars or the sentosa express(monorail) or simply walking. Beautiful, very clean and safe. Hotel staff all speak english and very helpful. They really attend to your needs.

During check in, naturally restrictions were in place to ensure safety of everyone. We had to provide personal info of all guests. We didn’t indicate in our special request that we will be celebrating my daughter’s birthday. However, the staff noticed it and gave her a pleasant surprise. We stepped into the room with birthday decorations on the bed. My 4 year old was smiling from ear to ear. It was indeed a great start to our staycation. Thank you!

The staff were exceptional and could not do enough for us.The hotel is almost at the doorstep of Universal Studios as well. The bed was very comfortable and all the necessary toiletries were supplied including toothbrushes.The only downside was the wifi in our room was intermittent but very fast in the reception area.
