Great Location Beautiful Clean Hotel”
This hotel has become our favorite in Tel Aviv. located in the heart of Tel Aviv. Near the good night clubs, bars and restaurants. The hotel is clean and modern. The hotel staff is so welcoming and nice. They ty so hard to make you feel at home and to give you all that you need to make your stay enjoyable. The staff is wonderful from the front desk, housekeeping and maintenance. The gym in the hotel is very good especially for a Hotel Gym. The parking in the Hotel is very convenient. We will be returning to this Hotel again and again.

Great location in the heart of Tel Aviv. Great Gym for a Hotel. The staff is friendly and really tries to make you feel welcome. We would like to mention Yara Abu Eid at the front desk. She is so welcoming and helpful. She goes above and beyond to make your hotel stay comfortable. We will keep coming back to the Rothschild 22 hotel because of this type of first class service.

Great hotel in the center of tel aviv”
We had a good experience. Room is small, but new and elegant. Food was great. The cons are the slow elevators and the reception staff. Some of them were awesome, some not as nice Overall we will return to the hotel.

Good experience of waiting elevators. It is intelligent elevator system. It is also the building of facebook companies. I was given a corner view suite with resonable price. There was no parking space and no room servive actually, and the 10F bar is too small and simple.

The rooms are postage stamp size. If I’m a couple there’d be no room to stow your suitcase. No pool, so no social scene. No bar, unless you pay $20 entry fee. Staff neglected my 4:45 AM wake up call. They charged crazy for local calls when international are free. I misread that and paid for it! All in all not worth the money.

Very nice hotel. Modern and clean rooms. Access to the lounge on floor 10 was included (this is a must..as thère are no other hotel bar or restaurants) Free water and nespresso capsules given. Nice large scréen tv. Hotel good for business travellers. Note. No balconies in rooms..

Amazing-No better word to describe it. Best hotel in Tel Aviv. The staff is very helpful, Nice well coming with pretzels and coffee free Nespresso diring the stay. High end products in the bathroom(amazing smell) . Breakfast is outside The hotel was it weird for me at first but was wonderful with great service and atmosphere. Great location for people who wants to be in the center of Tel Aviv(parking quite expensive). Very comfortable bed, pillows and blankets. Can't wait to be back again.

Fine if you have no intention of sleeping”
This hotel is actually located in a wonderful area, filled with restaurants, steps from Neve Tzedek, cultural facilities and close to the beach. You expect a certain level of noise in such an area, what you don't expect is an underground nightclub right under your window which plays loud music until about 4:30am. At that point, the nightclub's clientelle step out in geoups, and get on their motorcycles, chat, laugh and scream their goodbyes for at least another 30 minutes. At that point, you will be able to sleep for about 3hrs, right until the cleaning staff begins their vacuuming and tidying of every room that doesn't have their DND sign on. The breakfast vouchers are for a lovely and pretty good cafe just down the street, with a nice variety for the hotel guests. However, breakfast is from 7-10am, which would be fine, if you didn't just get to sleep at 9 a.m. Now, the staff doesn't want to admit there is a nightclub, and since it has no signage, you are simply left baffled every morning. They tell you it's from the restaurants, which it clearly isn't - so, along with their lousy instructions on how to get to the gym (out of thebuilding), leaves you feeling a bit gaslighted. The hi-tech building at first feels nice and secure, but leaves a cold and clinical feeling in the rooms - I stayed 6nights too long! The cleaning staff are very nice, and the restaurants on the Blvd. are great! Beware of calling a taxi for the airport, the hotel has made a deal with a taxi company for a fare about $20 more than a regular trip - not sure if legal that fair is different than if you were taking it from the apt. next door, but when you're in a rush to catch your flight...
