Luktade avföring i badrummet. Stopp i avloppet i duschen vilket gjorde att det blev en snabb översvämning. Toalettsitsen var sönder, och gjorde ont när man satt på den. Ingen handtvål på toaletten. Fick en liten täcke till sängen, vi bad om en till men fick inte det.

Mycket prisvärt hotell med central läge”
Bra, rummet var jätte fint, prisvärt och trevlig personal i receptionen. Städningen var det enda minuset eftersom rummet aldrig städades under min vistelse

Good place but inadequate due to construction”
Construction has made options limited to this place. Has no restaurant for breakfast or any food. Have to go out to find food.... Otherwise decent, reasonably good value, good location and great staff...

Fantastiskt”
Short walk to Golden Gate and metro station. Also about 10 minute walk to Maidan Square, from there to Saint Michael’s golden dome cathedral and Saint Sophia. Then to the people’s Friendship Arch and that beautiful park. All with in walking distance. The staff was very nice and there are good restaurants near by.

strange arrival arrangements via inconspicuous door”
the whole front of the hotel is covered with a plastic sheet and the entrance is via an unmarked door. Even stranger there doesn't appear to be any repair work being carried out. I would normally expect a restaurant and bar in a hotel of this quality but neither were available. However the room was nice, the lift and A/C worked well and it was nice and quiet

Not worth the money”
It is very expensive hotel for Ukrainian standards and doesn’t provide basic facilities like tea or coffee in the room. The receptionist, when asked about it, made just big eyes. No mini bar in the room. And the room I booked was Junior Suite! In another words: you pay for no service. I ordered food to my room - they also couldn’t help me with fork and knife. Shower gel and shampoo are in small bags, very difficult to open standing under the shower. The hotel is very good located, but I would prefer to stay far away from the centre, but in a real quality place. It was clean, people were friendly, but still - this place is not a 3-stars hotel, but more good mostel with individual rooms.

The location of the hotel is best for the price but don't expect anything from the pictures, the hotel is just basic with very basic rooms and amenities. The staff even cleaned our room even without we requesting and they entered our room while we are not there without informing us. No wonder some people mentioned before lost money inside room.

I would recommend to avoid”
This was my fifth stay at this hotel. I choose it for its location but even that fact will not make me back. Hotel BADLY in need of renovation. What was a good hotel few years ago turning into a 2 star hotel at max. Rooms are dated and dirty, one of the bathroom's door handle wasn't working and door lock was totally ripped-off. Shower has lots of mold, door frame is coming off. Wallpapers are peeling off. So disappointed! Rooms are spacious but that doesn't help: hotel is getting worse and worse. No, I will never come back.

No breakfast Iron table is so bad that it is almost 10 years old Room cleaning only one time every three days, because of Corona. But at least mention this before booking Fleksible check in, but it seems there is only one employee im the hotel. Each time I request something, The reception has to run back and forward Out side my room, so obvious that the hotel walls need some repaitation.

The place is good. But I saw a few Somalians doing/trading drugs. Huge dirty, filthy Arab families one man with 17 women, innumerable children around.....and enormus luggage hanging in the lobby....U know what I mean.... NOT A TYPICAL PLACE I WANT TO BE SEEN IN !!!

A room booked online for 1 person/4 nights. Quite large with double bed. Antiquated furnishings and fittings, especially in the bathroom. Hot water OK. Few electric sockets and few working light bulbs. Room cleaned only once, but no problem as I don't change sheets and towels every day at home. Poor service at reception. The hotel looked, felt and sounded like a second-rate knocking-shop.

Not a 4 star hotel, not clean, no refrigerator, removable safe box (it's mean you put your valuable staff in the safe box and everybody can take it away easier than your suitcase!), They didn't change the bed staff everyday, no breakfast possibility, very dirty floor, just one toilette paper in room.

On arrival, I was given a room without a balcony even though I had booked a room with a balcony. I was told that there were no more rooms with a balcony. When I showed my booking and told them I would then cancel, there was suddenly a room with a balcony. The staff is non-existent - no smile or warmth. The hotel is old and dilapidated. Every day I had to ask the reception for housekeeping, even though it is included. If I was lucky, the room was cleaned. Yesterday the room was not cleaned, so I had to ask for things like toilet paper.

It is filthy . All carpets are disgusting. None of the personnel is wearing masks. Lobbychairs are constantly occupied by cleaners))) it is favoured by males from the Eastern countries. The shoundproofing is non existence and if your neigghbour decided to have drinks and company over night, you wont get any sleep.
