Very nice onsen ryokan, love the private onsens! Love my room. Stayed for 3 nights. Owner/staff super nice! You’ll get onigiri to take with you for lunch when you go out. She helped with the ice on my car. Breakfast was delicious. Not sure about public transportation because I rented a car, but definitely stay here again when I come back to Aso!

Location is near to mt Aso, i am driving so it's quite easy for me to reach the ryokan. Dinner is excellent, one of the best I have tried. They have four private ryokan and no booking is needed, just head to the Onsen and lock the door will do,. It's a small ryokan with great hospitality, they even give u onigiri for ur snack when u check out. Overall its perfect.

The atmosphere is very good, nice weather and nice surrounding. The staff is very help and take care us. I like onsen very much they have indoor and outdoor. Small but very cozy.

My husband and I were here 3 years ago , I was bringing my friends to Aso Noshiki this time , I’m glad all of them enjoy their stay . The lobster dinner was incredible , special thanks to Yukiko San for her awesome hospitality

Enjoyed the stay here, clean and tidy with friendly family service. Has a home feel. Dinner and breakfast was fantastic. There are 4 different hot springs to choose from. Would definitely come again and recommend.

Wonderful stay ever and the the most friendly host”
the ryokan is located slightly away from main town, but not an concern if you have car. Free car park is provided. There are 4 individual hot springs in the ryokan and they are private with no sharing with others. We don't take dinner there due to restaurant fully booked but the breakfast is shocking us and it was wonderful ever!!! The host is extremely friendly to everyone. For those who is coming to visit Aso, please do't hesitate ... you won't regret!

This place is easily the best ryokan we have stayed at. Service is impeccable and the food was absolutely plentiful and delicious. Private onsens were the cherry on top. We even got complimentary sake with dinner and rice balls for the road!

Run by people who love people”
This ryokan is run by people who love people. The staff is so friendly and attentive! They really want to do everything in their power to make your stay enjoyable. There are four private baths that you can use -- we managed to use every one, and they're all great and relaxing. We've stayed here before, and if we ever visit Aso again, we will stay here once more.

Peaceful & relaxing ”
Although the location of this ryokan it's not too convenient but they can pick up you to and from nearby JR station for free ! The staff are all super friendly and make you feel very welcome, the dinner n breakfast were so delicious ! Special mention Umeki San , she gave us some rice cake , bottles water and drove us to JR station , It is my first time stayed in ryokan , the experience was really great , hope to come back here in near future!

推荐：一家有特色的温泉酒店”
优势： 1. 服务很好。每一位都很热情！有求必应！ 2. 可提供免费从宫地站（miyachi)或阿苏站往返接送。到达火车站给她们打电话即可。我们到的那天被询问到出游安排，酒店服务人员还主动提供服务免费送我们去了阿苏神社。 3. 酒店虽叫阿苏四季，还有附款叫野之花之宿。顾名思义，酒店各处有很多鲜花装饰（品味还不俗），连吃饭垫筷子的小物件上都精心的插着小花。还有个小花园。 4. 退房后，酒店还贴心的准备了饭团。 5. 其中一位女服务员（不好意思没问她叫什么）会简单英语，沟通没问题。全程多谢她的照顾！ 6. 他家最大特色是全部是私汤，也就是家庭、情侣、密友可一起泡！一共有四个私汤，各有特色，不用担心，不会拥挤。即使四个都占满，等一会儿也就好了，温泉泡不了时间太长的。都是免费泡。去时把门口的牌子翻到“贷切”，锁上门即可享受了。没有公共池哦。 劣势： 1. 酒店在宫地不是阿苏。离阿苏站车程15-20分钟。离宫地站车程5分钟。离阿苏神社步行20-30分钟。还好可提供免费接送。 2. 酒店附近真没什么饭店，就是在村（或是小镇吧）里所以不太纠结的一定要定半食宿！也没有加太多钱。否则没法解决晚饭！ 3. 早晚餐水平中等吧。但如果你没住过温泉酒店，还是可以期待一下的。 综上所述，还是很推荐这家温泉酒店的！

酒店环境超好，有四种不同的温泉屋可以泡，还有个日式的茶屋可以烤火喝咖啡；房间也很棒很大，就是木质结构的隔音不太好；早餐也很棒；服务人员态度超级好，第一天晚上到的时候介绍酒店语言不通说不清楚，由纪子就带着我到处边逛边说，我们白天出门玩还送超好吃的饭团，看我们没租车还开车送我们去车站，嗷，头一次写这么长的好评也是为了向她表示感谢啦！ 对于中国旅客唯一不太好的就是离车站有点距离，大概要走十来分钟吧，不过边走边看风景也是很好的体验！推荐！

老闆和員工非常親切，環境非常乾淨，兩人份餐點，兩大一小(4歲)吃的超級撐，還很好吃，家庭風呂有4間(室內2間 露天2間) 都任旅客免費泡湯，退房還包了兩個御飯糰很貼心，離ㄚ蘇火山30分鐘不道的車程 很方便。不過周邊無逛街景點(純住宿放鬆)，而且無電梯，行李需搬至二樓(旅館員工都有點年紀，不會捨得讓他們搬)
