Great location with Oasis mall fronting the hotel, resto under repair but familiar fast food-shops in very close mall. Lift needs upgrading, carpet lobby cries for vacuming.

Great discounts, spacious rooms, limited food choice, though Mc Donalds and Pizza Hut are across the street. Clean rooms, value for money. No swimming pool.

Pros: Clean, quiet big room, nice stuff, all good Cons: only Nesscafe for breakfast, the bread-items at breakfast wer stone dry and hard except for the toast. Very low waterpressure and only just about luke warm. The over all experience was positive. I would stay there again (who cares about pastries in Oman, we can eat this things when we are at home for the rest of our lifes)

Its a good hotel. The rooms are really clean and spacious. I felt the approach of the hotel is too dull dark and gloomy(too old) . The reception area and the foyer in all floors need a makeover (contemporary interior change) to attract more guest. The staff are good but need grooming in terms of dressing and hair. The restaurant service is really poor, expensive and is not 24/7. I had ordered bread toast, jam and orange juice. I was given two slices of hard dry bread wrapped in tissue (not even a plate)and the orange juice in a cheap throw away paper glass, which is totally unacceptable for Safeer's Standards.

Daily battle: Flooded bathroom”
I'm not a fussy person, but the only thing I liked about the hotel was its location and close proximity to the airport, various places of interest and food / supplies. Another plus point would be large room space. What I didn't like about the room was that the bathroom had a flooding issue - no proper drainage, as the water from the shower flows into the toilet area through the drainage holes. Each time I take a 5 minute shower (at the most), the bathroom becomes a 'pool party' and I have to lay towels on the ground for me to step on. On the fifth day of my stay, I noticed that there were tiny black worms on the bathroom floor drainer, that had probably floated up from within the underground pipes whenever it 'floods'. I hadn't bothered to ask for a different room because I only realized on the third out of five days of my stay, that it was a drainage issue and not because water had gotten out of the shower because the curtains weren't long enough (which by the way, they weren't).

Ideal location , 👌, friendly staff , been to next to a major mall very convenient. Down side is Poorly maintained , some are broken items or malfunctioning. Old Hotel. Under the bed and furniture dusty.. poorly cleaned floors. Check your room before check in.
