Superb hospitality and great amenities ”
Pros: -Staffs are very helpful. I called them a couple of times before I arrived at the hotel because I was having a hard time arranging my transportation. They were very helpful and even talked to the taxi driver for me. -They have a shuttle service. -If not the best, they probably have one of the most amazing onsens. You get to enjoy a breathtaking view while taking a bath. Also, they switch the male and female baths in the morning, so you get to see both bath houses. :) -Dinner is great! I always come out like it’s my last meal 😂 They also have a breakfast buffet. -Lots or good places to visit around the area from historical sites to nature adventures. Cons: -While they offer the most scenic views, the hotel is really far from the city center and there’s not much transportation options past 14:00 because buses have limited service. I missed the shuttle service so I had to go by taxi (since I forgot my license and can’t rent a car), and it costed me ¥7000 for a 40-minute ride. -Shuttle service has limited time slots. Going to the ryokan- 12:10 and 16:10 if I remember correctly. Heading to the station, around 08:30 or 10:00. -Internet connection was pretty weak but I get considering that the place was at the mountain side. -I do not think they have English-speaking staff and it seems like most of their guests are locals so it might be tough if you do not speak Japanese. Overall, the ryokan is worth visiting and is even better if you’re really just there to connect with nature and unplug from the busy city life.

環境優美，貼近大自然！”
飯店位置偏遠，但有提供專車在平泉站或一關站接送，約30分鐘車程。是典型的舊式温泉旅館，提供一泊兩食，晚餐除了有刺身外，驚喜還有一大片魚翅伴火鍋。景觀一流，外望深山楓葉，連露天風呂也能欣賞，泉水夠正宗，浸完後皮膚滑溜，值得推介！

写真と違って露天風呂はかなり閉鎖されているため普通の露天風呂な感じでした。 泉質はとても好みな感じで良かったです。 ロケーションは良い感じでした。

夕食は予約マストらしい”
ちゃんと確認せずに行動したのが悪いのですが、夕食は完全予約制で簡単な食事すら予約なしでは利用できませんでした。市街地から距離があるので予め計画しておく必要があります。 朝食は期待せずに。宿を楽しむというより、温泉がある施設で宴会？という考えがいいと思います。

部屋から見える景色がとってもいい 温泉もあるし部屋も広くて気持ち良かった。 いいホテル何だけどお客さん少なく活気がなかったのが気になるとこ。
