I can only speak PRO'S. This is a little paradise we needed after a week in LPB where we stayed in the center and slept horrendous with all the noise of the early hours and awakening the monks. We looked up the SanSan the night before arrival and hopes a room would be available. LUCKY US!! A amazingly large room with bathroom was available overlooking the beautiful setting of the bungalows with garden and pool area. A bliss! We immediately booked two nights and ended up booking 2 more nights here. We are amazed with the cheap prize versus the luxury and service provided. The staff team is wonderful. Always attend you with a smile and helpful throughout. They are planning some improvements like extra services offered, but as it is we where totally happy already! Night market 5 minutes walk only. Do yourself a favour and do not miss out on this heavenly resort!

We were looking for a quiet alternative to the hotel we were staying at in Vang Vieng. A search on Agoda brought us to Sansan Resort and wow were we impressed, quiet,clean,new,gorgeous with attentive staff and a superb view. We stayed there 4 days and enjoyed every day.The breakfast was the best we have had thus far on our trip. Great value,and beautiful grounds with a very busy cleaning and gardening crew. Do yourself a big favour, go there and enjoy a wonderful time,we sure did.

Located just outside busy centre but within walking distance of the city centre this is the perfect spot for a relaxing stay in Vang Vieng. We were absolutely surprised about the value for money! It is not the cheapest accommodation in Vang Vieng but worth it. The swimming pool is in the centre of the complex where you can lay in the sun or in the shade. Staff is very helpful and always friendly. Breakfast is absolutely stunning with a good mix of lao warm food, fresh fruit and bread. Served next to the pool in the morning sun, this is the best wat to start an active day in the surroundings of Vang Vieng. It is hard to find something that is not good at this place but the coffee could be better...we really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend this place to anyone who wants to spend a little more than average

Lovely staff eager to help & also have some fun with us too 😁 We extended our stay we just enjoyed it so much. Great breakfasts, clean rooms, luxurious beds & a blissful shower! Good value for money. Everything perpect. Manager was kind, friendly. also every staffs kind too. Room and pool was clean. When you eat breakfast view is fantastic mountain view. I asked quiet room, so manager did it. Also I got there around 11am, I appreciated early check in. Breakfast also good! What can I more compliments. I really love here.

We loved the location. 5 minutes walk to town, yet away from the hustle and bustle. Staff are great. Front desk I think are mainly Vietnamese who speak decent English. Very friendly people who can help with lots of tour/activity booking. Helped me out with scooter rental as well. Had a glitch with the air-con on the first night but it was resolved the next morning. Only thing I feel can be improved is if they had lights in the pool at night.

Cleaned and nice hotel. The owner just change and the quality of the hotel increased a lot at the same time. The staff is really friendly and answer quickly to all our request. They helped and guide us for the activity in Vang Vieng and help me to fix my digital camera. We even get a room upgrade because we had to wait 5min for our room (but we arrived early at the hotel) and we had a small problem with the bathroom door.

Quiet Location - Great Breakfast - Helpful Staff”
My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights. We enjoyed our stay and was very pleasant. The breakfast was great, and the property grounds were well kept. The rooms were clean and spacious. We enjoyed our stay. The location is not central, but it is an easy walk to the central area. The desk can help you rent a scooter and transportation to your next location.

A wonderfully run Resort”
I was so impressed with my stay here. The property is situated close to the main street but has a wonderful position overlooking rice fields. There is a huge swimming pool and outdoor entertaining area surrounded by nicely appointed chalets. Everything is so relaxed and the staff are magnificent and so helpful. I spent two nights here and I really want to come back again. There is a reception area where drinks and meals are available. The breakfasts are delicious, served as buffet style. My special thanks to the management and staff for such a memorable stay.

We unfortunately booked with another hotel in Vang Vieng first that was absolutely horrible. We ended up leaving the night we got there at 1am due to the hotel being disgusting. We walked to this hotel and had to wake up a staff member to check if they had a spare room. THIS PLACE IS FANTASTIC! The staff were so friendly and helpful, they had one room left at this time and we were able to move into it straight away. The rooms were beautifully clean and in the morning we were able to see the beautiful scenery around this hotel. We decided we would book another night here and I made a mistake booking the wrong night. When we went to the check in the staff informed us we had booked for the wrong night but they were very helpful and changed the days for us with no extra cost. The hotel is beautiful but the staff are what makes this hotel worth staying! 10/10 would recommend

We stayed here for 2 nights and it perfect. A short walk into town. In a beautiful setting overlooking the rice paddies and the restaurant is set up to look over this time. Stunning! Good size pool. Friendly staff. My only criticism would be the breakfast isn’t great but it is ok. It’s Pretty standard you get to choose how you want your eggs cooked, some white toast and a little bit of fruit. Not ideal for vegans.

The best place we've stayed in so far after traveling in SE-Asia with kids for 2 months. The staff is SUPER friendly and it seems like they enjoy their job, and the whole athmosphere here is lovely!! My husband broke a toe in their yard after they had watered the plants and the sidewalk was slippery. They offered first aid, discount for the room and even a ride to the hospital. We will definitely come back next time we're in VV❤️

Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was amazing, served by the pool with different options such as pancakes, eggs and noodles. The hotel is a short walk away from the main area, you can walk easily across the old air strip. There's a karaoke bar nearby with many crazy koreans but the music stops at midnight. :D

Great location - close enough to walk to everything, but across the main road so it's quiet. Peaceful rice fields behind the property. The layout, location, and facilities would make this an excellent choice for families with kids or for groups looking for a team retreat.
