Close to Ueno station, reception is on the 6th floor. Locker, clothes and towels are given, you can just leave your belongings inside the locker, then lock with a key. Capsule places are basically clean and quiet, except wake up call peak hours (6:30-8:00hrs). Better bring ear plugs for higher comfort. Open bath is available at 7th floor, very cosy and worth a try. Shampoo, soap is provided. As a whole, good value for money as one night stayer who likes to save accommodation cost.

Great Experience!”
This is my first capsule hotel and I can say this is a great experience. Capsule is surprisingly comfortable. The one thing that I really liked is the public bath/ onsen. It might be weird and embarrassing at first but once you get used to it, it's pretty relaxing. After that, you can go to the restaurant to have a nice meal and beer or in the relax room to watch TV in a comfortable seat and some free tea.

Once you get past the cultural differences, this is a great place to stay. Call me a hard-headed American, but not wearing any kind of flip flops or slippers around the floors of the hotel was a bit odd. Also, walking barefoot in the shower room didn't work for me either. I insisted on wearing flip flops to protect against germs. Also, you must check out by 10AM each morning so the staff can clean.; even if you have booked multiple nights. I didn't like this either. Other than these minor issues, the place was clean, there were many amenities including laundry, vending machines, etc. the capsules were neat; I really liked the idea of having ones personal space but being in the same room. There were lockers for your valuables and really strong internet. Again, once you get passed the cultural differences, your stay here will be great!
