Charming little hotel with perfect location only seconds away from the most beautiful part of the beach”

It was situated in a much better place than was shown on the map! Right at the tip of the island by the fantastic beach. The hotel was a nice little building with a beautiful little garden. The pool table was nice as well. The beds were really good and the bathrooms spacious.
On Booking it was said there would be a breakfast buffet, but that was not the case. One had to order breakfast the night before and it was a pretty standard selection. Apart from the American breakfast with toast, one could choose between two kinds of Maldivian breakfast, which were both very good. The hotel did not have sunbeds reserved for its guests so we only managed to get sunbeds (on that beautiful tip of the island) one morning when we were up extra early. The other days we took a little walk along the beach and found sunbeds further down the beach. That was absolutely fine, but it was almost a little waste to stay in a hotel at the most beautiful part of the beach, but not being able to enjoy it.

Great hotel managed by lovely people”

The location was great. It is located front of a bikini beach, which, for us, was the best of the island. You can walk along the beach or swim to the other part of the beach. Both the host and the other worker were extremely nice and helpful. You can ask them any doubt you have and they will answer and help you out in every possible way. The breakfast was pretty good and very complete. They offer different breakfast options, three Maldivian, one continental and one American breakfast. We can say that the Maldivian breakfast were very tasty and fulfilling with more than enough food in the plates.

Quite ok, but we would not come again.”

Location was quite good, near the beach. Towel service and room cleaning was also very good. Room was equipped with the most important things: AC & fridge. Wifi worked very good.
Breakfast was really nothing special. Dry toast bread. At our checkout date we had to leave at 6am and we did not get breakfast, even tough we were just the only guests in this hotel. The manager said breakfast starts at 7 and that's it... not really customer friendly. The price compared what you get does not match. For this price you get really something better. I would not book again this hotel and look for a different one.

Friendly staff. Near the beach. Facilities in room is good.
The breakfast could be better. The choice of omelet turn out to be fried egg. Only 1 pc of jam and butter for 3 slices of bread. Could have use fresh milk instead of powder milk for the coffee/ tea.

Good place. Closer to the beach. Can easily go snorkeling near this beach. Ogher side of the island is not that good for snorkeling. So location is good. Had a good breakfast too. The host Saud is a nice guy. He helped to set up the TV when we wanted to watch the world cup. They were very helpful to our needs. We only had a brief stay of one night.

Chill place. Very close to the beach. Staff was very attentive. Everything was accessible from the hotel: beach, stores, restaurants, shops...
Activities they present is not the same as the one you will experience. For instance, "picnic island" looked really well planned and organized in their portfolio, reality is you set up your own umbrella and they hand you a few snack items you can eat in the island.

The area is really near to the beach like 2 minutes of walk then you will be surprised with the view. It’s just that the way to the beach is forest-like path like all of the other ways to reach the beach but it was mesmerizing.
There were insects and maybe bed bugs cause I got rashes in my arms.

Magical holiday at amazing place with such a nice staff”

We loved everything! The property has a great location! The manager Miruppe has looked after us very well through the whole holiday.We have been met at the harbour on arrival.Miruppe has organised few excursions for us,which have been an extraordinary experience.We strongly recommend it.We have done the Mantra Ray safari and sandbank ones Unfortunately the ocean become rough ,and we could not go for the snorkeling one. Hopefully next time when we return to Sea View! The rooms were very clean,and breakfast served punctual thanks to the hard work of Izhar. We loved the restaurant Peperone where we had our lunch and dinner.The food was great quality and service was excellent.My husband and I always worry not to get stomach upset on holidays.The food was so well prepared,and tasty we have not had any problems! The beach and the whole island are magical! Once more Special thanks to Miruppe,for all your kindness and hard work to make our holiday such a great one! Thank you for waiting with us for the boat arrival at the end of our holiday and make sure we catch the right one! Thank you Izhar for your service,and such a clean room and punctual breakfast!We defanatly would come back.

Great place to chill, quiet and close to the beach”

room was clean and spacious. the place is just across the water with a 300m walk thru the trees. Breakfast was very good. Staff was great always making sure everything is ok. I hurt my back while there and they were very helpful in taking me to the medical center and helping with various stuff related.
unfortunately, they do not have their own restaurant and you need to go nearby where they have a partnership with another restaurant and you cannot benefit of all the meals offered by that said restaurant. There is only a part of it available (a lot but not all)

Ukulhas is a magical island worth visiting 100%. Sea View Villa is a great guest house to stay in.”

The guest house is really close to the Bikini beach. Rooms are cozy and clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfasts were delicious and diverse. The Maldivian one with tuna was my favourite.

Absolutely perfect place where you can stay in every way. The accommodation is located in silent area and you can get to the most beatiful beach in one minute. Our room was really cozy with comfortable bed, air conditioning (that you will really appreciate), TV, fridge and big bathroom. The room has been cleaned properly every day. Breakfast were delicious everytime. You have lot of choices what you can eat but three version of typical local breakfast - top! We took a few trips such as: swimming with mantas, snorkeling and trip to sand bank and we were excited from all of them. You can also snorkle at the beach near to the hotel where is also pretty nice area for that. Hotel provide snorkeling equipment for free. In the end we would like to highlight hotel stuff. The guys were really polite, helpful, friendly and kind. When we need or ask for anything they always helped us and the cooperation with them was smooth and easy. They made our stay so special. Thank you once again for everything.
