Jätte bra hotell, personalen var otroligt trevliga och tillmötesgående. Rummen stora och det luktade rent och frächt.Frukosten var otroligt bra mycket att välja på och bra service. Hotellet låg nära till allt, shopping, kultur promenad och allt vad man kan önska av en helgresa, vi hade inte kunnat ha det bättre åker gärna dit igen

ett stort och mycket fräscht hotell. personalen var tillmötesgående och det var inget krångel med någonting. stort ljust rum som vi beställt en extrasäbg till vår dotter och det hade blivit rätt. poolen var fräsch och det var väldigt skönt att bada och basta innan middagen. frukosten var perfekt. det enda negativa var att wifi inte var gratis och att det var en liten bit att gå från tunnelbanan.

Utmärkt Berlinhotell”
Ett hyfsat beläget hotell med synnerligen tjänstvillig personal. Ingenting verkar omöjligt för densamma att ordna, t.e x. boka en restaurag som ni inte lyckats hitta! Hotellet har en utmärkt bar och deras roomservice är av hög klass. Swimmingpoolen når man med en separat hiss, så man behöver inte möta andra i hissen, klädd i badrock. En detalj som verkligen faller damerna på läppen är de stora heltäckande speglarna på rummet. Detta är ett hotell att rekommendera

I've booked a room described as "Two single beds AND one double bed", because we're a family. Reaching the hotel, the room was a regular double room and no solution was provided other than add a single bed to the room with a 31€ fee. It's difficult to accept that a 5 star hotel is not serious on they're descriptions and attitude. Once at the room, all regular but in the toilet, no amenities other the Shampoo and Shower Gel. Quite poor again, for a 5 star hotel.

Disappointing 5 star hotel”
I have read many reviews about Sheraton and made myself a good impression about it. However, even being under the Marriott Label, it is a disappointing 5 star hotel. If you go there just for the room, everything is perfectly fine, the rooms look and feel fantastic. Some staff at the reception were very nice, but we ran into this super mean, angry, bored of life Concierge, for whom a smile was too far from possible. He was a bit older, I would say between 40-50, with beard, some white hair and fairly big. His tone was absolutely arrogant. We asked him where the city center was and he, in a very arrogant and mean way said that there was the city centre. To be honest with you, this hotel is pretty much in the middle of nowhere. No restaurants or supermarkets nearby. We then asked him for advice on where to go and he gave us a map pointing to Alexanderplatz. However, the way he gave us the map and talked to us was very disrespectful and a 5* hotel should never have somebody like him.

Had a great stay with my family. But being a 5 star hotel, it was missing a minibar in the room. For the price, there should be one. Asides that, it was a nice stay.

Arrogant receptionist ”
Very low quality customer service. We didn’t even check in yet and we have heard from receptionist that if we are lucky he will check us in at 15p.m. He was impolite and arrogant. We were 3 people in the room had to call reception 2 time for an extra bed and 3rd set of towels. The brought is after 4 hours from check in. If you value customer service I would definitely not recommend this hotel !

We liked it here and got all the standard services of a 5-star chain. Location is good if you have a car, but otherwise you might have to walk a bit. Tiergarten is just around the corner, so it's in the eye of the beholder.

5 star hotel in Berlin”
This was the best stay I ever had at a hotel. There where a bar in ground floor, and a resturant, that had great wine and food. The U-bahn where a 5 or 10 minute walk from the hotel, or you can take a taxi just outside the hotel.
