Perfect for Disney”
Amazing hotel. Really makes you feel part of the disney experience aas soon as you arrive. The staff were really welcoming and helpful. At the time of my visit I was still recovering from a sprained ankle and the staff took very good care of me during check in and the hotel lent us a wheelchair for getting around the parks too. The beds in the rooms are very soft and great to sleep in and the rooms are very comfortable too. I would not recommend the park wing, as we could hear the bayside station beeping for the train arriving every time and it goes from 6am until past 11pm at night which made it hard to get a full nights sleep.

Great if visiting Disney land and Sea”
A great option if wanting to stay within the Disney sea/land area. I booked a triple bed room but only got 2 beds which is a bit annoying. Room also came with cot which is handy. Good stay for families with young children. Room is quite big and bathroom is clean. Loved the free little cute bags for the kids. View was lovely too. Hotel has PlayStations for kids in the lobby, Disney movies showing as well and really nice fish tanks. Hotel also provided umbrellas which was really useful to bring to Disney land as it was so hot and sunny. Enjoyed my stay here :)

Great location and wonderful service”
my second time staying in this hotel, highly recommended as the service is impeccable. room is spacious and clean. walking distance to the Disney train. there is an arcade available within the hotel, good to keep the children entertained. the breakfast in the hotel is excellent with a kids corner too! during my previous visit, I left my bag in the airport shuttle bus. the hotel staff is very helpful and proactive, they managed to contact the driver and arranged for me to pick up the bag. I am very grateful! the staff are knowledgeable, professional and very helpful.

Convenient location for Disneysea and Disneyland”
Our 2nd stay at this place. 5 mins walk from Disney resort line. Free shuttle bus service to maihama station, where the malls and restaurants are. Rooms are clean daily, and big allowing kids to roam freely. We also got a free upgrade to park view which allows us to view fireworks at night. (But don’t expect much as it’s far from the land and sea)

Must better value than the Disney hotels”
The rooms is very large for a 5 ppl family. Each of us has our own beds and we had very good sleep. The hotels has wonderful facilities including pool, spa, golf, laundry and more. You can find convenience store and drug store at the ground floor. There are also several restaurants for breakfast, which is convenient if you want to get to the disney early. But the breakfast is on the pricy side. The shuttle bus service to the Disney during week days is not as frequent as the Hilton, but is the same on the weekend.

Best hotel for Disneyland!”
The room is spacious with the good price. They have a shuttle bus to send us to Disneyland monorail. Also airport transfer during our final day of stay. Very convenient i would say. We went with 2 kids age 1 and 5yo.

Loved our stay here”
Huge room with 2 double beds and 2 single beds for family of 2 adults and 2 children. Free shuttle to Tokyo bay station to get to Disneyland and disneysea. Staff were pleasant and nice. Disney shop in lobby was nice. Buffet breakfast has lots of selection. Cute little penguin pouch with amnesties that the kids loved. Definitely recommended and would stay here again in future trips.

Excellent location ”
So close to both parks. Spent day in Disneyland left bags then airport limousine picked us up from hotel. Very convenient. Room was fine made sure got a non smoking one. Staff very helpful. Cons - checkin was slow also waiting around for concierge even though there were other staff standing around. Had to pay for the Disney monorail as cant walk there anymore. Monorail only takes cash

Nearby bayside station ~5min walk. Easy access to Disneyland & DisneySea Booked ocean room for 4ppl, big spacious and quite clean. Ocean view was great. Various options for breakfast (4 restaurant to choose).

Our 2nd stay didn't disappoint”
This was my family's second time to TDR and second stay at the Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay Hotel. The staff are great and friendly, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the hotel has great facilities including a kids arcarde and a coin laundry facility. Our family loved eating at the Grand Cafe for breakfast, it had a good selection of both Japanese and Western meals. You have to be sure to get there before 07:00 (before 08:00 when the parks open at 09:00) before the crowd hits; otherwise, you may be waiting for some time to eat. It was very convenient for our 2-day Disney trip. We would definitely stay again.

A Must Stay Hotel!”
Extremely clean, value for money, very quiet, central to DisneySea, really friendly staff. I'm allergic to dog fur and was given a non-pet room. Very much appreciated! Would definitely make another booking here again when I go to Tokyo again.

Large rooms with many beds ”
We have two young kids (1 and 2 years old) and Sheraton provided a room that has 2 double beds and 2 single beds, all side by side. This is perfect as the kids could roll around the beds and I didn’t have to worry about them falling off. The rooms are also huge by Japanese standard. Really convenient if you’re visiting Disneyland and DisneySea.

Excellent 3 days stay... Why? 1. Spacious room... Clean and well maintain. 2. Facilities are beyond expectation... Love the self laundromat! 3. Provide shuttle bus to Bayside station... Although walking distance but you can avoid the rain. 4. Affiliate with Limousine Bus and stop directly at hotel.

excellent place to stay with young kids”
This place are big enough to fit 5 of us in a room. I like the club lounge. The distance is very near to Disney monorail and is great value to stay nearby disney. My parents can have a nap in the noon before re-entry to disney at 6pm.

Big win if you're going to Disney Tokyo”
The staff was really friendly and they had pretty good grasp on English, making the checking-in process easier. I enjoyed the hotel stay as the beds were comfortable, room was clean and the showers were fully functioning and working in perfect condition. Thanks to the team for making this trip memorable and enjoyable for me and my friends! Big shoutout to the receptionist for being friendly and giving recommendations for our stay.

I guess the only downfall is why the outdoor pool is closed in June and apparently not open until July?? It’s was well and truly hot enough to swim. Especially coming from Australia where we love the water.

Everything about this hotel is absolutely brilliant - friendly staff, the size of the room was bigger than we expected, and it was super easy to get to Disney parks. My son also enjoyed all the gaming facilities at the hotel.

For me and my family, this hotel hits the perfect spot in terms of location (don't need to catch the bus cause it's located in front of the tokyo bay disney station), room size and overall satisfaction.
