Perfect for families! ”
To start with,I am so grateful that the hotel gave me a free upgrade to family room. it was my first ever visit to Japan. i hv read alot of reviews about Japan having small rooms.But the room i was given were spacious and huge. Staffs were very friendly,nice and always smiling. Another plus point - Location. It was perfect for families with young children. i hv book tours from klook and our buses/ coaches stop at our hotel to pick us up and drop us.So very convenient! Not only that, everywhere is near. The subway and even the airport bus which is like 5mins away from our hotel. Oh yes, there is one Halal Japanese curry place near this hotel too. Overall, this left me a great experience and I will come again next time! :)

Decent hotel in the heart of Shinjuku”
A decent 3 star hotel, centrally located in Shinjuku with direct access to a subway station. Close to many food and shopping options. The check-in counter and concierge staff were attentive and helpful. I was offered an upgrade to a higher floor and larger room to accommodate 2 adults and 2 children. The shower facilities was comfortably larger than expected, given this hotel is in Tokyo.

This is our second time to stay in this hotel. Location is great near.. mcdonalds, don qui, 7-11, have a GU in its building. Walking distance to JR station and bic camera, yodobashi and more. Breakfast is ok. Room is small but it depends on what type you choose. There is wifi and free bottled water everyday of your stay. There is vendo machine with drinks on our floor together with an ice machine. Shower is great. Toilet amenities smell good. Alot more plus points. Would stay here again if Shinjuku area.

The room was recently renovated. It was very spacious and comfortable. The hotel has nice restaurants or you can try the hundred or so just out the front door in Kabukicho. The hotel is directly on top of the Siebu Shinjuku train station and 5 minutes walking from the main Shinjuku station. Highly recommended!

Awesome Stay”
We stayed in deluxe double (newly renovated) for 5 nights before changing to standard double for a night. The deluxe was just super awesome all around! Cleanliness: 10/10 Amenities: Shower foam, shampoo, cobditioner, handsoap, shower cap, comb, facial cotton, cotton tips, razor, bath towels, hairdryer, kettle & 2 complimentary bottled water given daily. Quality of items also better than standard room. Room: 10/10! SO spacious!!! Awesome view of Godzilla and the sun rising over the city. Lots of storage spaces. Bed: 10/10! Very comfortable with 2 pillows each. Standard room has only 1 pillow each. You can also request to change to buckwheat pillow. I highly recommend the deluxe double (renovated). Made a really great resting place for us to recharge for the new day.

The room is small but enough for our purpose. The bed feet is tall enough so can put laggages udner it then can have big space - good design. Very good location and very convenience for travelling no matter locally or domestically. Aroung the hotel there are a lot of shops and restaurants, too many choices.

many nice restaurant surrounded and attractions are nearby the hotel. the triplet room was awesome! and so big and nice, unfortunately i didnt have chance to stay over night due to emergency returning to homeland... saddest day for me.. anyway, nice hotel! kudos to the staff! gambate!

Centrally located. GU department store in rhe 5th floor of building. There are lots of eating places nearby(Mcdonald s). They have a mini grocery in the building. There is a don Quixote 7 11 nearby. Breakfast is ok bread bacon sausage miso soup and more. Room is clean but as usual small. Stayed in a double room, no cabinet but with orovisions to hang clothes. Will I book again. Yes in October definitely. I like it very much because you can enjoy a walking shinjuku shopping(Odakyu/lumine).

Hotel upgraded us to a 3 beds room, which was neat n comfy. Location was great n was just 3 min walk from the metro station, n there were lots of shopping malls n restaurants nearby.

So happy to choose this hotel. Great location - on top of seibu Shinjuku station, only 400m from Shinjuku station also. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I will choose this hotel again if I go Tokyo next time.

Best experience and service! Inform them of our anniversary and birthday and they fulfilled both by decorating the bed with happy birthday words with card and balloons and swam folded by towel.

Best location”
Located right in the heart of Shinjuku. By far the best location.. Book the larger suite and ask for an upper floor to take in the views. Unreal staff that speak great English and are forever helpful. Our new favourite.

There is a direct underground tunnel to the train station. There are so many food places near the hotel which is convenient. Room is okay, value for money. Will stay here the next time.

Right in the heart of the action that is Shinjuku. Close to transport Shinjuku Station. Upgraded to a deluxe twin room where the view, the room size and facilities were very good.

Good location, Nice and Helpful Staff”
Location is very convenient. Walking distance to Kabukicho. There is no early check in, even though only one hour diff, an extra charge will be applied. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. Will definitely come back again.

Hotel directly connects to one train line and basement town. Shinjuke station is 3 minutes away. Available to access to anywhere and very convenient location to shopping.
