Hotel's location is very close to Shinjuku and thus super convenient! only setback is that its close to the backlanes which is like a night spot and sleezy area. so walking along the main road and can avoid these backlanes. Other than this, Hotel's services are fantastic. I booked the suite for my family of 5 and the space is huge for us. Though the toilet bowl was leaking on the first night, their staff were able to offer us the next room to use the toilet as the housekeeping to resolve the issue can only be done the next day. will be back to this hotel as my family enjoyed our stay

Facilities a bit old but is clean. Staff are excellent. However, the pillow is too hard and tall, not good to use.

フロントスタッフの対応がとても良かったです。ラウンジのコーヒーもとてもおいしかったです。客室の手書きの手紙には感激しました。大変に寛げました。
