Booked a deluxe twin room. Spacious and clean. Separate toilet and bathroom. They provide many free amenities like bath soaking powder, bath cloth, facial amenities, face mask and more. New hotel but not those modern vibes hotel. The design is slightly outdated with the colours of the room. Washing machine provided at pay-per-use. Best thing is that the tablet provided in the room can show you how much time is left for the washing machine, and when to pick up your clothes. And also when to book for the washing machine when the previous user is done. Bed and pillow is comfortable. But one thing to note is that they use a common comforter/blanket, which they only use a white sheet for cleanliness. A short walk to two train station, lift exit available. 7-11 and family mart just nearby. Hotel staff not very knowledgeable. They provide breakfast (if you booked with one). But when I ask for other options, they are not very sure where else offers breakfast. I got a good price when booking for this new hotel. I will book this again if price is right.

I like the experience here. when i need help, the staff are very kind and patient to help me to solve problems. due to the convenient location, I always walk to 心齋橋 shopping mall for buying and eating. one day, it was cloudy and I’m worried it would rain when i was ready to go outside. so i asked the reception for an umbrella since i didn’t bring one. they offered me immediately which makes me feel very grateful. besides, it offers washing machine to use coins to use which is very easy to operate according to listed steps they put on the machine. on the whole i am satisfied with the experience in the hotel. if next time i travel to 大阪 agian, i would like to stay here again.

we were there in the early of NOV 2019. i chose this hotel because it is near to a train station and shinsaibashi street, indeed it is convenient. room is a bit small but really comfortable, since it is just next to shinsaibashi so u don't have to worry about finding food or shopping too late, u could just walk your self back to the hotel. staffs are really friendly and helpful and the best part is, they provide free facial mask and soap bomb for bathtub for residents in the hotel, my girlfriend like it so much she do mask on every night of our stay there. :)

The hotel is still new, clean and spacious. We got twin bed but the beds are big enough (not the typical single bed). They offer free coffee (in the lobby) in the afternoon. They also have additional toiletries in the reception area such as facial mask for ladies. Breakfast is good, choices are just enough. Not so many choices, would suggest in changing at least 5 main dishes everyday since we stayed for 2 nights. Location is just near Shinsaibashi Shopping District. Our stay in this hotel is still PERFECT. Highly recommended. Worth it.

Location wise near 2 stations Shimbaisashi and Nagahoribashi...very useful in navigating to the places we wanted to go to. Service of the hotel staff EXCELLENT!!! They are efficient and very helpfull. I really appreciate the effort of helping me find a store and they even printed out the direction to that place. Thank you. The rooms are small, as expected, like any other hotels we stayed in Japan but sufficient for our needs. Conveniently located near shopping malls and places to eat. From the airport we had to make 1 transfer to another train to get there. Airport limousine bus drop off is too far from the hotel while carrying lugggages. Anyways, escalators and elevators are available in the train stations so it was not too inconvenient. When we got off Nagahoribashi Station we walked through the underground shopping mall Crysta to exit 5A, used the elevator and the hotel is just around the corner. I highly recommend this place.

Great location in Shinsaibashi ”
New, clean and super handy location, also got the room at a hard to better price. Room was exactly what I needed, comfy semi-double bed, air purifier and they have plenty of amenities at the front desk you can grab and use during your stay, even facial masks. Coffee is available in the lobby from 3pm - 10pm, there's an optional breakfast, I opted the 2 minute walk to the local 7-11. Very close to the shopping district and many bars and restaurants are close by, highly recommend, will be booking here again.

Great location with 7/11 around the corner, close to 2 metro stations, shopping and restaurants area but very quiet. Very clean room, big and comfortable beds. Staffs are polite, communicate in English well and very helpful. Our departure flight was very early in the morning but the MD explained us how to get to the airport the night before and getting us a cab at 5 am the next morning to the bus station. Thank you very much for all your help! We will stay here again!

My honest review: in terms of pricing, location and comfort, Fresa Inn Shinsaibashi is near perfect. Not a luxurious hotel but definitely make you feel comfortable like home. There are only three washing machines and you can check the availability of the washing machines from a tablet in your room but only 100jpy coin is accepted. One nice feature I found interesting is the mirror in the bathroom; one part of the mirror is heated from behind to make sure it is not blurred during hot water shower.

Recommended to stay, worth for money. The hotel location is near shopping area, nice restaurants. Walking distance from JR Namba station about 20 mins, Kuromon market about 15 mins.. Dotonburi about 12 mins. Surely come back. Complimentary Tea&coffee bar, hotel amenities were provided in lobby while as hot pot was also provided in the room. Thanks for all staff for good service.

World class amenities in a tiny package”
Space in Japan is a premium so don’t expect huge rooms. But for the price we got per night, this hotel offers so much. Heating and airconditioning, bathtub, in room personal refrigirator, daily cleaning and so much more. Location is just a few meters away from all the action and shopping in around the Dotonbori area. It is so close to the subway station. Best bang for the buck hotel we’ve stayed in so far in all our years of travel.

They have complete facilities, very clean, staff were all accommodating, free coffee and tea at the lobby, and the location is really great! Hotel is very near to shopping streets. Many good eateries within walking distance. Very near to Shisaibashi station too. Hotel provides sachets for guests ranging from DHC toners, cleansers, moisturizer, MU remover, bath salt, hair pack etc. Room is very clean and bed is comfy. It's small but it has everything u need! Perfect stay!

The room may be too small for most people and coordination may be required when walking around or moving luggage bags . This will be fine if you don't spend a lot of time in the room. The walls are thin and you may be able to hear your neighbours if they get too loud. We did not encounter this problem while we were there. 7 Eleven is barely 5 minutes walk from the hotel and there are two subway stations close by. There are many restaurants and shops near the hotel as soon as you step out which made it very convenient. The staff was very helpful and kind when we were trying to print our plane ticket. The cleaning staff always kept our room clean each time. Smoking room is available on the ground floor since smoking is not allowed in the rooms. Washing machine facilities are available with great convenience but 2 out of 3 of the machines had a bad smell and it made our clothes smell worse. I suggest to smell each drum before deciding which machine to wash your clothes in.

They have the best staff - very kind, courteous, accommodating and pleasant. I really love Japan bec of their people most esp. I hope the rest of the world turn Japanese! the hotel also has great facilities considering the cheap price (well i hope we got the bargain not only bec of the global pandemic:( location likewise is great! peaceful but also quite in Central Osaka. we were happy to have booked here and loved our short stay. thank you, Sotetsu!😘 till next - with our kids next time.

Good location. In between 2 stations - Shinsaibashi (going to Osaka/Umeda Stations) and Nagahoribashi (going to Osaka Castle and Shinsekai Tower). It's also near to Tokyu Hands where I bought my art supplies. There's a nearby 7-11 for quick breakfast or late night cravings. Though a long walk to Dotonbori (but you'll be distracted by the restaurants and cafes along the way). The hotel provides toiletries such as face mask, bath powder, moisturizer,razor etc. They also have a lot of flavored teas and coffee at the front desk. Overall it was a nice stay.

The bed is so comfortable. The staff were nice. Would consider staying here again.

We chose this hotel as it was new! During our stay, the hotel was only into its first month of operation. The location was very good, in between Shinsaibashi and Nagahoribashi stations and walkable to Namba/Dotonbori area. The nearest exit brings you right into Crysta Nagahori underground mall which leads to the metro stations. Staff were very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist whenever we had any queries. They also spoke English well. Room was clean and very comfortable we slept so well every night. The hotel also provides coffee as well as free amenities at the lobby. Coin laundry on the second floor. Convenience store just 50m away. Our room didn't come with breakfast but I ordered breakfast on the day of checkout..delicious healthy japanese meal! Thanks for an amazing stay. I will definitely be back!

This is the first hotel that we checked in in Osaka. They have set the standard very high. Room is slightly small but acceptable, pretty normal in Osaka especially in town area. Cleanliness tip top, breakfast is one of the best breakfast we have had. Stayed there for 4 nights, enjoy every morning breakfast. Great variety and generosity of the hotel. Walking distance to shopping area and dotombori. It's really a hidden gem.

Close to Shinsaibashi shopping street. The hotel room is clean and comfy. Hotel lobby got provide free bath salt, bath fragrance, wax, face cleanser. Hotel breakfast got various selection and the food is nice.
