Servicen, maten, room servicen och allt annat var hur bra som helst. Vi spenderade två nätter och var en del på kasinot och utomhus poolen. Poolen var kall men vi hade inte räknat med något annat med tanke på årstiden. Så till studio hotell vill jag bara säga. Tack för en fabulous stay!

Wonderful Stay/Best Hotel”
The riverpool is clean.. but quite hot on the afternoon..the staffs are nice.. indoor pool is also great..the lifeguard/waiter is polite and friendly.. The room spacious ,toilet was sparkling clean,huge bed...thanks for also providing toiletries for my daughter , and love the birthdaycake for my husband..we were really spoiled by the this hotel. .we ordered food, was yummy and delivered rightaway...the guy who delivers the food the 1st time we ordered was sooo bubly..i loved him..but ddnt see his name..sorry... Lots of water replinishments the whole stay, even during out check in... Long line during checkin but fast coz they have lots of staff. .. Express Checkout ... Overall, it was great experience. We will surely be back! ❤

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!”
Booked through Agoda and got a low price with lots of benefits. Our room was surprisingly has the best view ever! It was super duper spacious and clean. The bathroom was also big and has double sink good for couples. Also has a king sized bed and personalized mattress and duvets. My room was located at the corner facing the Parisian Hotel with a fantastic view of the miniature eiffel tower. We also enjoyed riding the Reel Ferris Wheel. The hotel has everything. I can just stay there and never go out. It also has free shuttle to Galaxy Macau and Vice Versa. Total stay was 20 out of 10

Nice design hotel, many hotel attractions, room with great view, superb service”
We stayed at Studio City Macau for 2 nights. The check-in was smooth and easy. The room was spacious, comes with all amenities, and free 6 bottles of water! The night view from the room was exceptionally awesome! Sadly the Riverscape was close as it was winter time. We also used free vouchers (100MOP x 2) to go up the Golden Reel which located within the hotel area. However, on the second night we got a real bad neighbor in the room right opposite us. They smoke in the room and left the door open so the smoke came right directly to our room! We called operator to make complain and they sent people to our room straight away with an air-purifier machine! They also told the bad neighbor to shut their door. We were very please with the staffs quick service. Check-out was quick and easy and the receptionist seem truly apologetic to us when we told her about our bad next door guest. Overall, we were satisfied with the service and facility and the room itself and will be back again.

Perfect hotel”
This is my first time here in Studio City Hotel. Everything is perfect. The room is big and clean. The swimming is super fantastic. Room attendant (Aldra) is very kind. He placed extra bottle of water for my kids. Hotel provides free shuttle bus from airport to hotel and from hotel to many destinations such as Ruins of St. Paul, Venetian, etc. Night view of Eiffel tower right on my window is stunning. There are lots of food in the hotel: Mc Donald, Starbucks and local food also. I really recommend this place for a family with kids. Will definitely come back again.

Best hotel stay on Cotai strip!”
This place was absolutely amazing! The hotel is incredible with amazing shops, casino, theme park and a beautiful pool area. The entire hotel is just beautiful with lovely rooms, spacious decorated corridors with a lovely smell, fantastic eateries. The staff could not do enough for us. They greeted us on arrival and took all our luggage off us and delivered it to our room. They let us check in early and check out late free of charge. We were here for a special birthday and they even gave us a free upgrade room and a birthday cake. For what we paid we thought it was incredibly reasonable. Best hotel on the strip with the best customer service by far!

Good hotel for family and couple”
Hotel room was clean and nice. Bathroom and room are big enough. So many interesting things to play in the hotel such as Vr games, Dark Night, trampoline area, Fun zone... my kids enjoyed a lot. I saw one indoor sports activity shop will open soon in the hotel. Swimming pool also very nice. Casino also clean. Many restaurants too. Pizza restaurant was good. We will be back with my kids.

Dear Hotel official,I stayed at your hotel “Studio city” from October 8 to October 10.It's called Eom Oeeseok.Writing like this is because we received excellent service from your hotel staff.I paid an unfair fee from a taxi driver in Macau on October 9th.After the taxi driver left, I found out that the fare was wrong.Later, when I asked the hotel, a representative named “Murphy(46389)“ helped me out.He called the police, and I finally called in the article and got all the wrong money back.The distrust I received from the taxi driver was unpleasant enough not to want to visit Macau again.Your employee "Murphy" impressed me with Macau's image as well as your hotel service.I want to visit Macau again, and if I do, I must stay in Studio City.I'd like to see the employee again.Thanks once again.Thank you for the service of your hotel.

A Calm Oasis Amidst the Crush”
Booked 3 nights with my friend for a birthday celebration. We didn't expect such a wonderful stay. Service experienced was great all the way. Thank you to the following teams: Reservations, Front Office, Concierge, Security, Housekeeping, Guest Services, Shuttle bus attendants, Pool attendants, Golden Reel staff. We encountered friendly and thoughtful assistance throughout our stay. Truly deserving of the 5 stars awarded. Also loved the fact that it is calmer compared to the surrounding areas of Macau. I highly recommend staying in Studio City. Only con is probably the bus drivers. If only they were friendlier and less brusque. But it really is a small matter as they still got us safely from point A to point B.

Studio City is just beside Parisian Macao hotel. Celebrity tower rooms at 22nd floor has a nice view of Eiffel Tower. We got a room with 3x lower rate on a sunday night, which is much lower than friday and saturday checkin. Spotlight breakfast buffet is superb,also available in klook. Golden reel and batman ride is a must, entertaining activities. Will come back again. I recommend this hotel to my friends whose coming over this December. This is my second stay with Studio City. Pool is superb also. Not advisable on winter, but ok for instagram photos. Book this hotel if yo

PERFECT STAY”
Wish we stayed longer.... i want to go back! The staff are the kindest, and if you need anything in the room, they answer right away, and be there within 5 mins. The outside pool is great as well. We had free rides for the Golden Reel 8 Ferris wheel!!! Which was awesome~ good for families and couples.. there's a lot of things to do inside the hotel. Food choices were okay for breakfast, but you can walk to the Parisian for 5 mins and it has a larger food court on the top floor.

All top-notch excellence. It rarely gets better than this–for the price. True 5-star facilities, services and amenities and over-the-top Art Deco decor. This hotel also offers a wide range of entertainment rides, glamorous shows, a state-of-the-art Ferris wheel, an expansive outdoor pool, shopping mall, restaurants, expansive buffet, free shuttle buses, and of course a mammoth casino–all situated on the Cotai Strip. Best of all, compared to the others on the Strip, it’s far less crowded or busy, which some travelers might prefer. This hotel offers a much better package deal than most of its neighboring competition, especially if booked early.
