Staff was very rude, even the manager was rude. Didn’t really seem to care about problems.”

Bath tub was disgusting. Found a mildew or build up in the tub when I went to run a bath. Took a picture of it and went down stairs to complain and neither the employee or the manager seemed to think it was a real issue. Manager basically said that I was “SOL with the way I booked my hotel because it was a third party” and only gave me a discount when I explained to her that the other front desk person told me I would be getting one, she then huffed and said “I wish they wouldn’t speak for me”.

Located out of hustle from city which is great. Can walk the strip in Gatlinburg in seconds which is great, room clean and stocked daily but front desk not friendly. First night here needed plunger, he forgot. I had to go down at 10:30pm to get one and toilet still doesn't always flush. Family next to us kept us up all night peeping thru windows and pounding on balcony door scaring my girls. I called front desk and was told to figure out which room it was then they would deal with it. How is that my responsibility?

The stay was very enjoyable & location was perfect. Most of the staffs were very courteous and helpful. I'd look forward to another vacation and stay at Best Western Gatinburg.

We have stayed at this hotel several times and this time it did not disappoint. I was worried about the name change but they have actually done some upgrades. The location is perfect close enough to walk the Gatlinburg strip and to drive up to the mountains and avoid traffic. The river looking below your balcony is breathtaking. They are also dog friendly so bring your fur babies!

Most of the staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was clean. The coffee maker did not work. The receiver was not plugged into the room phone. The pool was not clean.
